Just two of us but we have 4 people bed. Kitchen equipment too limit, induction cooker not working. TV was not working. Expected to have Bathtub, unfortunately just normal shower room, soap are not useful. Overall the room was clean and service was still okay.

The place was good. Everything was fine. Easy to access public transport.

Really enjoyed my Raya shopping trip.

So far ok .. environment also ok.. dont have any complaints .. security also very nice and secure

I book one room which occupies 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Sad to say, upon arrival there was no such room as per booking. They only had room with 1 double bed and 2 single bed. The room was comfortable for us. We had to pay the parking. And parking first come first serve basis

need to fix the aircon remote control near the bed, the videt spoilt.

Not any soup there and not enoigh towels

The hotel is within walking distance from the Petronas. The room is very tired, they don't give you water in the room, you had to buy it, but there is one plus, the room has a balcony. There is no reception as such, registration takes place at the counter of a small kiosk with pastries and coffee near the hotel. You still have to try hard to find all this. I would not return to this hotel.

Very good environment, extremely bad service, no one waited at the front desk for an hour
