No window and room very narrow. when I’m make reservations mentioned got Free parking, but end up spend RM30 for valet parking. Friendly speaking, hotel suitable for travelers and tourists. Easy access to Pavilion and Lot 10 otherwise nothing special.

Love this hotel. Though it is 4 stars, the room is super clean and bed so comfortable. Room like 5 stars standard. They provide TWG tea and Nespresso coffee. Will stay this hotel again

The hotel is strategically located.Almost evrrythin is just stone's throw away..the malls,fastfoods,public transports like te MRT/LRT/Monorail even the buses.
The room and bathroom is very clean and tidy with a stylish decor and we,ve got a room with beautiful view😍
Will definitely consider staying here again in our next visit

The hotel offered excellent service, clean and stylish rooms, and a convenient location. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Minor noise from the hallway was noticeable, but overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Overall good service and amenities. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Blanket and bedsheet has stains. It gets noisy during wee hours from the traffic, especially motorcycles.
