The service of the hotel is very bad due to the staff, no respond after we request hair dryer send to our room and the room with no in house phone provided, toilet bowl with rusty mark.

-the room not soundproof. on my 1st night, i could hear people laughing & talking so clear at 1-2 am. so i could not sleep at all. -no phone extension to report to the management regarding the noise. -the wall are moldy & got lipstick stains, the toilet bowl & sink were not properly cleaned.

Strategic location and suitable for short stay. Only room should be more clean and tidy.

Arrived around 6pm and greet by the guy @ lobby counter. The check in was good as it all ready on the desk the guest name. Parking just in front of the hotel. No need to pay i think. Halal food can be found within walking distance. It was a good stay for us.

The room is just alright. Most of the things are good. Except I find that the towel is not clean enough, still has hairs on it.
