I had a wonderful stay and a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the location was convenient. Overall, everything met my expectations, and I would happily recommend this place to other travelers. Cheap, very budget hotel, quiet and tranquil. Very good for people who crave for budget hotel

The hotel is convenient to walk around Petaling street and Chinatown. The downside is only the aircond is centralised and cannot turn down the temperature. Also you can hear the noise people talking from other room very loud. The facilities is just so so. You get what you paid

This hotel is located upstairs right in Petaling Street, so the location is excellent! It's very lively at night! However, if the hotel's lighting could be a bit brighter, that would be perfect.

No boiling water jug in the room. Room walls is a bit thin. Can hear next door ppl talking. Location is fantastic & the hotel is very clean. Rate is very reasonable.

Right inside the Petaling Street pedestrian area, which is super convenient for food, entertainment, and currency exchange. It's also very close to the subway and bus stations. The hotel has central air conditioning and good Wi-Fi. Overall, a nice environment and definitely recommended. The only downside is that the hotel entrance isn't very obvious.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience staying here. The hotel itself would have been a good, affordable place to stay in KL. It’s quite clean and good aircon, spacious room. However, we had a terrible sleep for 2 nights. You can hear everything from the lobby -There was a drunk, aggressive man, swearing at the poor lady at reception which went on for hours. I had to call down to reception at 2am to make sure she was okay and whether I needed to call the police. I know these things happen, it’s not the hotels fault. It was the way that it was dealt with that was extremely frustrating. My partner had to confront this man to defuse the situation and he got physically aggressive towards him. There are no reinforcements/rules to be quiet after a certain time. Also aggressive behaviour is tolerated which puts the staff & guest at risk. I was so frustrated that he was able to continue staying there and the safety of others was compromised. Its crazy that I had to explain to them this behaviour is completely unacceptable. I really hope the hotel can implement rules and reinforcements, so future incidents like this can be dealt with in the appropriate manner!  Overall, a very stress inducing experience and not something you’d expect from a hotel stay.

Nice staff and a nice area

The people are very friendly, and the proximity to the market is a definite plus.

The hotel location is good in the midst of Chinatown, you can see the sights and access to nearby food once outside the hotel. The room is clean and big enough for our night sleep and can ask for other amenities if needed. However there is only one plug so if we charge our phones then cannot switch on TV, no lift and there is smoking in the main lobby.
