Clean & Recepsionis really Helpfull

It was very accessible to a lot of malls and even in Jalan Alor. Also, the evening receptionist, Sesh was very nice and very accommodating. We appreciate him for being kind and hospitable.

Location a bit walking distance to Train Station same go to Shopping Mall like KLCC,Pavillion,Bikit Bintang

Better fix with small light for sleep, if without small light canot see too dark for no windows room.

The staff were very unfriendly and responded rudely to any questions. The room was not clean and felt rather damp. The breakfast, although minimal, would have been acceptable if they at least changed the menu. But, the location is very strategic.

Hotel nears to Alor street. Just 3 minutes walk.. Very near to Bukit Bintang Night Life, Pavilion, Lot 10, Fahrenheit. Of you are night life person, it will be a good idea to stay here. I requested non smoking room but ends up with smokes smell room. The floor and toilet are dirty. I think the housekeepers didn't do their job accordingly. Staffs are friendly. You can put your luggage before/after check in/out.

I stayed for one night at this hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The location is very central, and the room itself was nice and clean. The reception staff were attentive and friendly, which made check-in smooth. However, there were a couple of issues. The noise from the traffic outside was quite loud, making it hard to relax. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly — it didn’t cool the room at all, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

I have already written.i requested early checkout,but you never responded.i really need a refund. Very very worst hotel to stay. No hot water Breakfast was horrible and terrible.i have never used breakfast. I went outside and paid extra. No cleanliness. No soap or shampoo. Room was dirty. I requrst you to kindly refund the amount I paid for breakfast and dirty situation. I have never take a shower😶 There was no hot water. This was a very unhappy situation.so please do the necessary. Thanks

Hotel locations are at the good position and it's near to all attraction of the Kuala Lumpur. Reception staff behave was good, but the room service provider behavior is not good. Cleanliness is average, behaviors of the staff is not satisfactory. Room service staff is not good at behavior, but the reception was good. Lift is old but operation is not bad. Breakfast is an average not comparable to the 3-star hotel it needs to upgrade.
