Hotel was beautiful and staff were friendly and professional. Room was spacious with nice city view, bed was clean and comfortable as well. However the cream coloured long sofa had obvious stains all over and bathroom sink was kind of shallow so water splatters all over when tap was turned on. Reasonable menu options for in-dining service; food was generally good and generous in portion, only that the lamb shank was tough and dry.

The room was as per photos, the breakfast is not buffet style however the ala carte meals were sufficient :) Good for families to relax after visiting the busy city at KL sentral

Arte by Thomas Chan is a designer's Hotel, spent a night here, room is very small but very artistic. Cafe design is so amazing, not manage to dine in the cafe as the cost of the set meal was too expensive, not offering ala carte menu. Not so convenient as the lobby is at the top floor, phone in room can't make call to front desk, Hotel contact number from google also can't be reached, try calling it shown Borneo V wellness and spa. Overall the room rate is highly overprice.

I loved the open view from the window! The room was quite spacious and nice! The breakfast was OK! If there is a downside, there is no place to walk around
