Ulasan Manhattan Business Hotel Ttdi

Room is dirty, with snot on the floor in the bathroom, sand inside the bed on the sheets. Breakfast is quite poor. Service not great (had to wait for the manager to start his 8am shift to complete check out).

Negative points: General room cleanliness is poor. Towel were torn n old. Amenities in toilet were placed in a dirty bag. Bedsheets was torn and never changed for 5 nights, the duration I was there. Positive points : Coffee sachets and water replaced daily. Location is good. Walking distance to KL MRT station and food outlets.

I booked 2 nights at Manhattan Business Hotel TTDI but checked out early due to several issues. The bed seemed infested with bed bugs, and I woke up with itchy red bumps (photo attached). That night, the shower in Room 104 turned on by itself twice, which was very unsettling. The bathroom was moldy, poorly maintained, and had bad soundproofing. To make things worse, there’s even a cemetery right next to the hotel, which added to the uncomfortable experience. I left the next morning and requested a refund for 1 night. Hopefully, management will take this feedback seriously.

Delayed check in due to lacking of bed sheet & etc. Lobby without aircon, everyone waited at lobby full with sweat. Super slow check in process. Room door super hard to open as well. Malfunction hair dryer

The hotel has not refunded my deposit yet. It has been 10 days after we have checked out. And the hotel keeps dragging: Jan 28 couldn't find the cash envelope, asked for my bank details and promised to refund in a few hours Jan 29 no response to email urges, I contacted trip.com and trip.com reached the hotel, hotel told trip.com they have found the envelope and would refund in one day Jan 30 - Feb 7 hotel kept fooling trip.com, asking for customer's phone# and email, saying manager's away, lying already refunded, etc. Furthermore, the hotel demanded tourism tax of MYR50 from me even I had already paid the tax when making booking at trip.com. Pls consider blacklisting the hotel. The dishonesty and malpractice are absolutely unacceptable. Trip.com's helpful and sincere though. I appreciate most trip.com's extended customer service and unfailing efforts in after sale service even it's not the responsibility of the booking platform.

I chose this hotel because it's close to KPJ Damansara. Overall, it's clean and decent. The only downside is the extremely expensive parking. I parked at 4:30 PM and checked out the next day at 7:45 AM, and it cost RM27.00 for parking 😌

Simple Accomodation alternative for a short overnight sleep . Service is average . Location is good as its exit to main highway for further trips.

1. asking for deposit refund, called for so many days and no response/ reply, finally got it after make me very angry, 2. found live cockroach in my room 3. aircon leaking and wet my luggage 4. door lock make noise at 6.30am, non stop 5. breakfast is very poor 6. carpark charges for 1 night, RM25. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The location of the hotel is superb, just next to MRT. Cleanliness of the room is ok, just that the room is abit small.

Location is perfect for business at Damansara area. One station away from One Utama, and two stations away from Pavillion Kota Damansara. The only downside is that the lift is sloooowww.. till you never realise whether the lift is actually moving up or down until it really moves..

Location - 1. closed proximity to mrt station (TTDI) is definitely a plus. 2. next to a shopping mall just an additional convenient.

It was okay. It's hard to find other cheap hotels in this area, and this one is quite expensive for its price range.

There was lots of food stalls there and supermarket around. Room is just nice and comfortable. LRT station is just nearby only. Worth to stay.
