plus 3: location is great, near centre and big shopping all and monorail near. pool in roof is nice and gives great view to city. service was friendly minus 3. room didint looked same than in pictures. looking one room is stylish and modified by computer. no washing machine like proved in trip.com. room was bit dirty. cleaning was nit done well and like in toilet wall was full of white construction dirties. toilet seat was bad installed. very noisy. we listen whole night voises outside even it was 22th floor.

Overall everything was quite good. Bad smell constantly came out from the bathroom. Other than that, a satisfactory experience

If you are afraid of insects you defo should not book in this hotel, there were cockroaches and different insects in the bathroom inside the room (even tho we were on the 29th floor..!!), the location tho was very good and the views from the pool were incredible! When it comes to cleanliness it felt rough but for the price it was fine

The check-in and check-out office on level 1 is open 24 hours, which is very convenient. There’s a refundable deposit of RM200 required at check-in, so it’s better to have cash ready. The unit itself was very clean and well-maintained. The hairdryer was broken when we arrived, but after informing them via WhatsApp, they immediately sent a replacement. We stayed for 8 nights, and the hotel provides room cleaning once during your stay upon request, with towels changed every two days if requested. Overall, everything was good. The unit was comfortable, the service was responsive, and the stay was hassle-free.

It’s good room with clean swimming pool and good view , I suggest it

Wonderful Night at The Colony & The Luxe By Fivesense

The balcony is connected to the next room. When the neighbors go to the bathroom, they switch the balcony light on. And a lot of light from the building is in your room all the night. It could be a big problem to sleep for someone who can not sleep with the light

The cleanliness and appearance 🫤

We are happy and comfortable while we stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. We are family of four and sakto talaga since they have 2 bedrooms

An interesting experience staying here, we weren’t sure what to expect but it was great. The apartment we had was small but fine and comfortable for the 4 nights  Location is great and a quick trip to the shopping centres etc  It was a more “real” experience of KL than staying in a hotel The pool is amazing , could be a little bit warmer.

**** service, charging for unreasonable fee for 300?? Unblievable. Stay away from this hotel pls people

Great room to stay..although the toilets have some weird smell but overall it was a great room! Definitely love the view! Didnt took any photo though but i do have video recording of the whole room..

The lobby of this service apartment was so smelly, the room is good for that price, location is good, nice pool and good view.
