We enjoyed everything except the pool cleanliness. The bottom of pool is sandy. Also we booked pool view but we only get quarter view of pool 🥲

hotel is nice. we were lucky to checkin a bit earlier, thanks to ms receptionist. my daughter love the pool. day1 and day2 she enjoyed the pool. day3 she enjoyed the kids club. the breakfast buffet is ok. same food for day2 and day3. inroom dining was ok as well. we liked the pizza and pasta. the room is spacious and bed is comfy. tv has no youtube/netflix/etc but has inhouse movies. housekeeping takes a bit of time to bring request but not an issue, they would leave it outside the room when we come back. location is ok. we booked this so we can go to kidzania.

So far everything is great from the room to the small cake they provided as a surprise for our “anniversary”, but the check in is a bit delayed due to the festive seasons …. Still excusable but can be better! Totally recommend

Our second time staycation with kids here. All amenities closed at 7pm except for gym. If only can extend until 10pm should be nice. Overall we were satisfied with the environment, service and food.

The hotel is good and affordable for a 5-star experience. I really appreciated the free upgrade to an executive room—it was a lovely surprise! What made my stay even more memorable was receiving a Jackson Wang album as a keepsake, which was such a delightful bonus.
However, there’s room for improvement at the reception counter. The check-in process took far too long; I had to wait for about an hour to register. Implementing an automated or self-service check-in system would significantly enhance the guest experience.
Overall, a pleasant stay with some great perks, but streamlining the check-in process would make it even better.

Definitely will repeat this hotel, its a kid’s friendly hotel. The pool was so big and nice for kids (with parental guide) . The kids was also fun and they have lots of fun activities scheduled. The service was superb, i like it from the check in to check out. A lot choices of food during breakfast. ❤️❤️🥳

It was a great stay i must say. But the only thing i hate was the sauna & steam room located at the Ground Floor same floor with swimming pool for kids. It has less privacy. That's all
