- kids friendly - the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices - spacious room - love environment - everything was good - the facilities were well-maintained and beautiful - the pool was great - the staff were friendly and very helpful

This is a luxury hotel with delicous breakfast. Nice swimming pool , gym, steam bath and suana. A pleasent place for a short break. Will come back again.

M Resort & Hotel was a solid 5/5 (except there is no bidet) haha but we can adapt. Deserves the 5-star hype!

The service was good, but the check-in process could be improved. The shower water wasn’t as strong as in other hotels, but it was still acceptable. However, the bathroom shower drain water flow to the drain hole was slow, which caused a small amount of flooding during shower

requested a gold course view but it’s a bit restricted/blocked and got the corner room. the room itself is decent and clean but the towels feel cheap and has visible wear and tear & piling.

We had a great stay with my two babies. Initially, the reception informed us that the baby cot was subject to availability, so we arrived at the hotel early and checked in promptly at 3 pm. Afterward, the staff still called our room to double-check that we had the baby cot. However, it would be beneficial for the hotel to provide a baby bath tub as well. Bathing in the shower area is challenging for babies under 18 months, and the floor tiles are quite slippery, leading to my two-year-old baby falling during shower time. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed the playground and pool. The playground was quite dusty, and the balls were the same, which may be due to the large number of people visiting during the weekend. The breakfast buffet was still manageable despite the rate. We plan to return to the hotel with my kids and family in the future.

I had an amazing stay at M Resort! The hotel is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a great view. Everything was spotless, and all amenities worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet was good, mix of local and international dishes. The pool area was lovely and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, M Resort exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Loved our stay at M Resort Hotel! Everything was sooo on point. We ordered room service and enjoyed it so much! They successfully attended to my request for birthday cake and even called to ensure i received them. Staff are very helpful and well trained. Breakfast buffet was really good. Thank you so much!! Will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

The hotel giving my nephews and niece a very warmest hospitality, comfortable and they love the ambience. Another thing they love is the pool. Such a perfect place for kids and family

Definitely a perfect getaway for family with kids. My kids really love it, the kids club, the free activity at kids club I.e. paper bag making, the swimming pool with slides, wide selection of breakfast, comfortable bed, overall very clean. Will bring the kids back one day.

We had a wonderful stay at M Resort Kuala Lumpur! The place was very nice, clean, modern, and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities, especially the pool and breakfast buffet, were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely love to come back again!

The swimming pool and the buffet is really good! The room is ok acceptable for the price. Most important is family bonding and children have a good time and great childhood memories. The children club more suitable for young children.

The Hotle room is good but there is way too many people during check in and also the morning buffs breakfast need to queue. Suggest to have self check out and hire more staff during holiday period

Very hospitality staff..front desk staff Natasha very helpful with my family...my daughter crying non stop during check in but staff Natasya approuch me and help me to check in at a long que..my family and i want to thanks a lot at this staff..maybe top management can give gratitude or bonus to her..Tq very enjoying to stay at this hotel.
