Aloft Kuala Lumpur
Cons: as highlighted by fellow Trip reviewers, no handheld shower and a basin and tap design that showers you with lots of water everywhere, everytime.
Despite these, I still chose to return for a second stay in Aloft Kuala Lumpur.
Pros: The location is undisputedly convenient with easy connectivity to KL Sentral transport hub and NU Sentral mall.
I usually don't eat breakfast but Nook Restaurant provides an awesome treat. My favourites are the live stations serving up thosai, eggs and a variety of noodles. There are ample choices even for the pickiest eaters.
Burn the calories off with a workout at the gym on Level 4. It is well equipped and has shower facilities. The pool is on the roof top but take note the Mai Bar is open only from 4pm to midnight.
Service at Aloft KL is great from check in to housekeeping and Nook. Very pleasant stay and repeat experience for me.

Parking is convinient. the people there very nice and friendly. The pool is salted pool but quite cold.. It will be nice to have more tree so that can block out some sun. The pool is nice.
very easy access and convinient to go to the mall. lots of food. Room is cozy. everything is great for short staycation

Hotel housekeeping did tidy up our room daily and replenish the water bottles and shampoos. Shampoos provided were good to use!

Fast and smooth check in process. Requested for high floor and that my daughter is celebrating her birthday during her stay and the hotel arranged for a room on 26th floor, decorated the room and provided a cake (but they didn't provide cutlery or matchstick to light the candle!). Thankful for the kind gesture. Room is spacious with 2 queen size beds and there is minibar snacks/drink that is FOC (but no refill). Hotel is conveniently located near Sentral train station and links direct to NuSentral mall. Great breakfast spread with slight changes to the menu daily. Pool is located on top floor with great view. Parking is RM10 per entry. The only thing I don't like is that the shower head is fixed on the wall and not adjustable. During our stay, we only requested for room cleaning once and the staff provided us with another 8 bottles of mineral water which I thought was quite wasteful since 4 was provided at check-in, and there is a 1.6l kettle for guest to boil and refill their bottle if required (we used the same 3 bottles that we opened and 9 were left unopen). Would suggest for hotel to provide the mineral water bottles on request basis. Overall great location, service and nice rooms. Will definitely consider staying here again when I return to KL.

I booked 2 rooms for family stay.
The location is great, right next to KS sentral central with the mall connected.
The breakfast is great,Marriott Bonvoy member with free bfast for the kid.
Front desk staff is very nice and helpful, Cafe staff are helpful too, and they helped to pack the bfast box for us in the early morning at 5 am.
However, we found twices that the bottle water in the room was opened but didn't realize by the HSKP staff and still keep together with the new bottle, also, in one of the afternoon time I turned the DND light on, but the staff still get in to make up the room ( Which the day before the room was already make-up on requested, and my practice was request to have the room male up every 2 day).

Very nice location and convenient location. There is a bridge connecting the hotel to KL sentral where u can easily access to the train stations and the mall.
The hotel is clean, the room smells good. I like how the shower was separated from the toilet.
Their rooftop swimming pool has a very nice view and you can relax as it is not crowded with people.
We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It has a wide selections of food and drinks.
Finally, the check in and checkout is very quick and smooth. They also let us check in early. Very nice and friendly staffs.
We will definitely come back and will recommend to friends.

Overall is great. Only one thing to take note, the water pressure of the basin is too strong that it would cause inconvenient while using it.
The services are good. Great location.
