If you’re a traveler, definitely is a good hotel for you! With best Malaysia cuisine and best location. If you are a Malaysia for staycation purposes. Dont put so much expectation. The only things surprise me is.. their swimming pool without chlorine but with “SALT”.

The room was a bit noisy, with motorcycles roaring past at night, possibly because it faced the elevated highway. However, the view outside the window was lovely, and I could catch the sunset. The pool had a nice view, but it was quite small and shallow. Breakfast was decent, and the coffee art was beautiful. The room was clean, and the service was polite but a bit cold.

I stayed at Majestic Hotel last night. Overall, the room was clean and reasonably comfortable, which is appreciated. However, upon arrival, I noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan was not working. After showering, the room became quite stuffy and uncomfortable. I reported the issue to the hotel, and the staff promptly arranged a room change, which I found efficient and professional. In addition, the window in the original room appeared not to have been cleaned, with visible bird droppings outside. As a result, I was unable to enjoy what should have been a pleasant view. Regarding dining, the food selection was rather limited. The meals were acceptable but fairly standard, and the breakfast was quite ordinary, with little variety or surprise. On a positive note, the service staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, while I do not plan to return in the near future, I do hope the hotel will make improvements in maintenance and attention to detail. If noticeable improvements are made, I would welcome the opportunity to visit again in the future.

Took my mother- in-law who is 94 for staycation. She enjoyed it very much. The staff all were excellent and friendly. Jing Yi( hope I got her name right) at front desk was most helpful.  As my mother-in-law was on wheelchair they help her a lot.  Thank you for an excellent stay.

Facilities: It's an old hotel that's been renovated, and the air conditioning works really well. When I checked in, the sink didn't drain properly, but it was fixed the next day after I reported it, which was an improvement. Environment: It's actually quite far from Pavilion, and it takes over fifteen minutes to walk to Chinatown. You pretty much have to take a taxi everywhere.

Second new year’s eve staying in Majestic KL, their breakfast is good, friendly staffs, highly recommended 👍

The bathtub was very nice, the whole experience is cozy, staffs are friendly as well, i love the Christmas decoration there, it makes it super festive!

Our stay was exceptional, truly a wonderful experience. The breakfast was particularly excellent.

We spent three nights in the Junior Suite and had a generally positive experience. The breakfast offered a good variety, but repetitive. The room itself felt a bit dated, but it was spacious enough for our family of five. The highlight for the kids was definitely the bathtub, which they enjoyed thoroughly. Room service was prompt and efficient, enhancing our stay. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, who skillfully set up the sofa bed, ensuring our three children slept comfortably. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Been frequenting the establishment ever since they opened from 2012 and have always been a fan ever since then. The staffs are very helpful and empathizes towards guests when there is any inconvenience came up. Would definitely come back again as it is my go-to staycation destination.

Nice quaint hotel. With nice staff. We were able to walk to Botanic Gardens, National Mosque and even to Chinatown.

This is an old and classic hotel located at an isolated location next to Kuala Lumpur old train station and national Mosque. A short drive to Chinatown and little india for local chinese ane indian food. Breakfast and dinner are available for free as a package for us but taste is acceptable with various of local food and international setting in good restaurant environment. Room price is ok since it comes with breakfast and dinner.. Not much facility other than gym, small children pool, cigar bar, tea lounge and few events room.
