Great location to stay near Pavillion very convenient walking distance to golden triangle area for shopping really nice enjoy fun with kids

Had an amazing stay! Stayed for 4nights..... service and amenities was great 👍🏼👍🏼 Hotel is conveniently located next to Pavilion, which makes it easier for my friend and I to get quick bites or go shopping :)) Special thanks to staff, Daljeet (apologies if it's wrong!) for ensuring our check-in and out process was smooth. Also, the bellman/concierge who helped with our luggages. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely come back again 😁

The best hotel around with good buffet, good area, good facilities and many more. So recommended and i wouldn’t move from this hote to another in that area. I can rate 9.8/10.

the location is the best almost of the hotel in KL, the room was so spacious , the bed are so comfortable and big.

First, kind enough to early check in the process first so that we can get the key later faster. Secondly, helpful enough to upgrade my room. Thirdly, never charge me on printing my flight tickets. Overall, very welcoming experience and great location.

Booked the classic room but found out no fruit plates, no refill mini bar, and even laundry bags, etc, also not refilled after housekeeping.
