"We stayed in KL for 2 nights. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and the swimming pool was large and beautiful — our child had a great time playing there. The staff were all very polite and friendly, which we really appreciated.
The only downside was that the breakfast felt a bit expensive. Unfortunately, our child had a mild fever that morning, so we had to rush to see a doctor and only managed to eat a quick breakfast.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we’d love to come back again under better circumstances."

We book the Wonderful Room with 2 double bed. During checked in, reception is offering the upgrade to the KLCC tower view. Thank you so much for the extra arrangement.
Location : KLCC is just 5mins walk, located at the main city area of KL. We found easy access to every where.
Breakfast : Breakfast at FLOCK offering lots of variety and service staffs well trained.
Pool and Bar : Small pool but with spectacular view. Food and drinks at the bar we found a little too fancy. But we enjoyed too."

We had a lovely stay at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and welcoming, making it the perfect retreat in the middle of the city.
The biggest plus is the location! It was directly connected to Pavilion Mall, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and gave us the restful break we needed.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience for both my wife and me. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur."

"The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Daily cleaning was well done. I really appreciated the hotel’s sustainable practices – they don’t use bottled water but provide a water purifier, and even the toothpaste packaging is plastic-free.
Breakfast is available, though the options felt a bit limited for international guests. The location is convenient, with a mall, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, but it’s about a 17-minute walk from the metro station. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus, but it runs infrequently and doesn’t always align with guests’ schedules.
The bathroom in my room was quite small – it was difficult to close the door once inside. I stayed in a connecting room, and the soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear people laughing, and even the sound of the neighbors opening and closing the connecting door was very loud and a bit unsettling."

"I had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott. The service was absolutely top-notch. I had an issue with a double booking (both were charged), but the staff member named Mark was incredibly helpful and patient in resolving the problem. Truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.
The facilities were excellent – I enjoyed the jacuzzi, the ice-cold plunge pool, and the sauna. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was honestly the best I’ve ever had at a hotel – so many choices and great quality.
No regrets at all staying here. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely return!"

__M1362749****The hotel's location is great, and the facilities are quite good. However, we arrived very early by plane, and our child desperately needed to sleep. We inquired at the front desk about paying for an early check-in, but were told no rooms were available. Our family ended up waiting around outside until past 10 AM. I then contacted Trip.com. I'm especially grateful to their customer service team who proactively reached out to the hotel. By around 11 AM, I received an email from the hotel, and they had even upgraded our room. This experience truly highlighted the advantages of booking through Trip.com.

GGuest UserThey stay was good, location was walkable go Pavilion KL, however there was no complimentary parking , need to pay RM 2.2 whenever there is re-entry . The temperature of the shower is kinda hard to adjust to the right temperature, it was either too hot or no changes to the temperature, and suddenly get hot while showering.

NNeil NicholasHotel is in a very ideal location with lots of shopping, food and even easy amenities nearby.
Only biggest con for us and many guest as we can’t hear them complaining is all the same. That the lifts takes forever to arrive. We chatted with a guest and he stayed at 35th floor, that at time the lifts takes forever just by past his floor and lower.
We stayed mid lever of the hotel and at time had to wait a loooooong time for it too. So best work around the time you want to head out for the day or come back for the day.
Be prepared if you come back with a group / tour group you can be waiting for 30mins.
Rooms we had was a good size and the amenities (toothbrushes, shower gel, towels and so on) in the room were sufficient but wished there were movie channels if we decide to stay in to keep up occupied.
Security helping out with the lift control tried their best and was friendly in helping guest too. Check in was smooth and quick.
Nearly all was a good stay just the let down for many were the lifts and no room service for food.

The only downside? The lift situation. Waiting for the elevator felt like waiting for a parcel from overseas — painfully slow. The lift lobbies on each floor aren’t air-conditioned either, and the lift itself can get stuffy due to poor ventilation.
But honestly, everything else was so good that I’d still give it a solid 10/10. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in KL without breaking the bank, Riveria is a great choice. Just pack a little patience for the elevator ride 😅.

AAnonymous UserCheck in/out was smooth. Staff all were friendly & pleasant. Informed them that it was for a birthday trip & they decorated the room & provided a complimentary cake. Room was spacious, clean & well maintained. All amenities were functioning such as the washer/dryer & microwave. Parking is free as well. Really enjoyed our stay here :)

The toilet bidets has a slight leak making the toilet floor wet at the corner, the toilet window curtain has fallen off. These should have been repaired before an opening the room for guests booking. Maybe the unit I received this time is bad unlike the other units I have rented.

As the room.. it’s pretty old, but it’s ok if you stay there for a couple of days
