Our short stay at the hotel suddenly turned into an unexpected satisfaction. Before booking this accommodation I read many positive comments, words of appreciation, recommendations, and must say the truth we were not disappointed. Even more, this simple hotel gave us a feeling of home, cosy warm home. Firstly, it’s welcome hospitality and friendly attitude, same like we come to see our old friend at his place😊. Secondly, the room is not huge, but very got all you need including peace of mind. Thirdly, the location is perfect, any direction you go you’ll enjoy your time on the road , walking or transiting. The hotel is definitely worth it’s value and for couples is a great place to stay and explore the capital👍👍👍

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get around by taxi. Alternatively, you can walk ten minutes to Chan Sow Lin MRT/LRT station. There are also plenty of food options downstairs, and I highly recommend Eight Toast for Malaysian cuisine. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven where you can find pretty much anything you need. The rooftop pool is fantastic. Even though it's a 4-star hotel, it's very well-maintained. While it's not an infinity pool, you can still get great shots of all the popular landmarks that tourists love. The room amenities are also excellent, including a refrigerator. However, I'd suggest bringing earplugs for sleeping, as the street noise at night can make it hard to fall asleep.

I stayed at Mercure Selayang because my mother had a medical appointment at Hospital Selayang, and the location was perfect.. just a few minutes away. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious with a nice view, and the bed was very comfortable. The convenience of having shops and restaurants nearby made things even easier for us. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free stay, especially during a busy time with hospital visits. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to be near Hospital Selayang or wants a relaxing stay in the area.

Nice hotel with spacious room. There is ample parking in the basement car park. Away from the hustle and bustle of KL. The shower and toilet is separate which is a benefit. The only issue was the lack of place to hang clothes for showers so it makes it tricky if staying with friends. Have to hang on shower door handle that is outside and open the door to take the clothes when done showering. Big mirrors at wardrobe door and sink area mirror is marvelous, great to check outfit before heading out.
