Hotel di Kuala Rompin dengan Kolam Renang

Tidak mengapa untuk bermalam. Hotel yang agak usang tetapi mereka berusaha untuk membersihkannya. Mendapat kemudahan menyeterika di dalam bilik. Noda ada di mana-mana pada langsir, kerusi. Kolam itu sangat kotor kerana ia sebenarnya dalam penyelenggaraan tetapi mereka masih membukanya kepada orang ramai. Saya sangat bimbang jika kanak-kanak itu akan mendapat sebarang jangkitan akibat air yang tidak dirawat. Sarapan pagi boleh diterima. Pantai persendirian bersih dan cukup damai untuk bersantai.

If you are thinking to stay in this hotel please FORGET it, the Chalet room was horrible as there were FOOTPRINT ON THE BEDSHEET as well as SMELLY ROOM. Please avoid this type of service or business. Huge DISSAPOINMENT as they should tke this opportunity to get back customer after the PANDEMIC and this is what we as customer get which is DIRTY & UNPROFFESIONAL service by their staff. One of the receptionist just straight away was being very defensive and not even apology about the DIRTY ROOM and keep saying it's the HOUSEKEEPING mistake and it was not her fault. As a customer, I only deal with u and not your housekeeping so make sure that APOLOGY is the key for everything even if its not your fault. Overall, my CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE with this Hotel.

Check-in was smooth. Staff were good. Called me on my mobile to let me know my car lights were left on. Grounds- Not maintained, run down, stains. Room- The minute we entered, we prayed. That says something. Sheets old, pillows old and stained - although they had covers, we used our clothes and towels to cover the pillows for peace of mind. Remote controls felt sticky and there was a slight stench of urine close to wear I slept. WiFi was very slow. Ended up using out hot spots. Shower water pressure was good. Only stay here if you're desperate. We made a mistake and thought Cataferry was leaving from Tanjung Gemok. Best to check your schedule. Would be nice if the hotel has this information too.
