Nice budget hotel. Will book again!

Location: great, walking distance to kedai singgang budu Dan Ali spices. Bilik luas Dan cantik Selesa utk 4 adults Dan 2 kanak2 Saya ambil bilik yg ada jacuzzi... Aim nak bg anak main jacuzzi... Air baru sikit dlm jacuzzi, dah bocor ke luar. Bila inform reception: dia ckp xde apa.. biasa shj. So, anak2 still nak main jgk, is air sampai penuh, skalo air melimpah penuh ke ruang bilik.. Harap pihak hotel sudi tambah saluran air keluar di tempat jacuzzi.... So simple.. kerja pun mudah utk tetamu Dan xkalut bgn2 pgi penuh air...banjir di tempat ketandusan air😅 Xnak dah duduk bilik ni lagi... Susah2 nak kena bersihkan bilik pula😅

Everything is good

The room is really big! Worth it for a large family. The toilet is a little small and has a little smell. The aircond is slow to cool but it's okay because it's big and spacious. There's a lot of free parking. Will repeat soon because it's cheap and big hahahahaa

The whole room is clean, the bathroom is clean The location of the hotel is close to malls and restaurants Easy to go to the market and the city Only the TV has a little problem...hope the hotel can fix it or replace it with a better one

Moved and stayed here for a week after 2 nights in Grand Con hotel (which is just next door). Firstly, it's at a convenient location with many nearby places for food (for breakfast, lunch or dinner) and a large shopping mall within walking distance for your shopping. Also within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions - Pasar Payang, Istana Maziah, Chinatown, Trg Drawbridge, food trucks. Our family of 4 stayed in their VIP room that comes with 2 double beds, a sofa set, TV, good wifi and even a jacuzzi and amenities like fridge and coffee/ water service. The room was very clean for a budget hotel (I've stayed in worse rooms in 4-star hotels). The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. There's free parking for those who drive. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay at the hotel especially for my kids and I, and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Kuala Terengganu.
