The room is nice. Enough space for 2 people. 7E just beside the hotel & easy to buy thing. Parking available on first come basis. There is sk magic water dispenser so easy to get the water. Plus there is young living diffuser in the room, i really like it, before going to sleep just ask front table the eo.

Great place right in the city centre, Chinatown, and walking distance from almost everywhere. Clean, the staff is extremely helpful. There is a Hidden gem at ground floor a cafe with restaurant serving delicious food and deserts! Big thumbs up and definitely will come again

Excellent stay! This is my second stay here and this place will be my home away from home each time I am in KT. Location is superb right smack in the middle of Kampung Cina. 7-11 convenience store is right next door. Staff is lovely, room is clean and bed comfortable. There is no lift service so take note if you have big heavy luggage. This might not be for you. But if you can hack it, highly recommend. There is also a locker to store your luggage (ask front desk staff) and cool vibe cafe called Hidden Cafe. Good coffee and cakes..

Modern rustic interior; comfortable room, friendly & helpful staffs, strategic place and affordable price. Suitable for backpackers and small groups/family. It’s just the hotel doesn’t have lift/elevator. Take note! Enjoy staying here, cafe downstairs is good…

They have 2 or 3 free parking slots right outside the hotel. Check in was a breeze. We stayed a 3 person room, the one with the bunk bed somehow mounted on the top of the queen bed below... The room was clean, very small but clean. Only issue i had with the whole experience was that the room was too small for 3 people to move about, hang our towels, get dressed, etc.. There were also ants but i can live with it. The hotel is located in Chinatown. Thus there is food and alcohol around. The place otherwise is DRY. Exit the hotel and turn right. Walk up and there are a few chinese restaurants on the left and right of the road.

Hotel right in Chinatown. Minimalist industrial design and functional room. Room is clean. There’s even a rain shower! There is a 7-Eleven next door. Very convenient. Downside - there’s no lift. Finding a carpark at the roadside can be a bit challenging.

Very good hotel. Affordable price. Clean and friendly staff. Location is good for food especially Chinese foods. Locate in the heart of the city and is convenient to travel around within here. There is a 7-11 convenient store just right beside this hotel. There is some pay to park parking lot Infront of next to this hotel. 2 minutes walk you can reach to all the Chinese restaurant. A must come tourist destination/area because there is plenty of wall mural and artwork you can explore and take pictures. I travel around with rented motorbike, all the places are just 15-20 minutes from here. Is really convenient. There is a hidden cafe behind this hotel as well. You can get coffee, cake and desserts too. Daily complimentary of 1 drink for the guests. Highly recommended for this hotel if you are visiting Kuala Terengganu.

I traveled to Terengganu in April 2021 with the intention of going to Redang Island. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, my travel schedule was thrown into chaos. Originally, I was supposed to fly into Kuala Terengganu on Monday morning and go straight to the Merang jetty to take a speedboat out to Redang Island. However, Air Asia cancelled all the flights to Terengganu for 3 consecutive days, including my flight. So I decided to fly into Kuala Terengganu a day before my ferry transfer to Redang. A good friend of mine who works in Redang recommended this hotel to me, because I would be able to buy food more easily around Chinatown in the daytime. For your information, I had traveled here during the Holy month of Ramadan, the Muslim Holy month whereby all Muslims observe a daily fasting ritual during the daylight hours for a whole month. Therefore, most of the food stalls in town do not start operating until after 3pm daily during the fasting month. However, the restaurants in Chinatown operate as normal. Hence the convenient access to food here. Anyway, I stayed in this hotel for 1 night on my way out to Redang and I also stayed for 1 night on my way home. I managed to get a room on the ground floor with twin beds on the first visit. I had a huge luggage full of scuba diving equipment, therefore I preferred a room on the ground floor. However, on my second visit, all the rooms on the ground floor were fully booked, so I had to settle for a room with a king-sized bed on the first floor. This hotel doesn't have any elevator. However, I requested for the staff to help me to bring my huge and heavy luggage upstairs, and they obliged without hesitation. They delivered my huge suitcase straight to my door! And on both occasions, I requested to keep some frozen food in their freezer, and on both occasions they obliged cheerfully! The staff here are really helpful and friendly and I give their service 10 stars!!! Both the rooms are very clean and comfortable, equipped with basic coffee making facilities, a flat screen television with local and a few international channels, 2 bath towels, very efficient air-conditioning, hand soap for the wash basin, and bath soap for the shower. The rooms are cozy and compact, with just enough space to move about. The water pressure in the shower is also excellent! Both the rooms cost RM98 per night and comes with complimentary breakfast; a choice of toast with jam & butter or buttermilk pancakes with honey & butter plus a large cup of hot beverage(tea or coffee). On both occasions, when I called up to make my reservations, the front desk recommended the rooms which are more quiet to me, and I accepted her recommendations. And I have no complaints about noise issues for both occasions. I also wish to highlight to everyone that there is a 7-Eleven store located right next to this hotel, hence the added convenience for purchasing any essential items as well as snacks.
