Hotel in good location, room is clean. Will come back when I trip to Kuching

Overall, it was good. However, I felt the breakfast menu was a bit lacking. I'm not sure if it's because there are many restaurants nearby, but the breakfast options weren't quite to my liking. Because of this, my companions suggested we eat out.

Great place with delicious food and cozy ambiance. Friendly staff and a nice spot to relax. Definitely worth a visit!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the smart TV was a nice touch for extra entertainment. The hotel is also surrounded by many stores, which is great if you want to explore or kill some time after checking in. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay!

The hotel is conveniently located about 3 kilometers from Kuching Airport, making transportation very easy. There are also various Chinese restaurants nearby, so dining is convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff can speak Chinese and are very friendly.

Nice and clean. Has good location and surrounding has many shops and restaurants. It’s also near the airport. Will come back if going to Kuching again

Excellent service especially l requested extra two more towels then l got it less than five minutes

I was assigned a front room facing the main road. Despite the awesome view, the sound from the traffic is above bearable level. Other than that, overall is good

In fact, I made a reservation for my uncle. He said that this place is good and there are many delicious food nearby. It's convenient to go anywhere.

Poor service from the receptionist. House keeping were bad and found many hair on the bed.

Foul sewage smell from the toilet , room full of water damage marks on ceiling and walls. Aircond placement directly above bed, where u will feel the draft of your face even with the lowest fan settings.

The location is very strategic, locating halfway between the airport & the city. Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in was hassle-free and the receptionist was friendly. The room is spacious & clean (although there are some spots in the bathroom that needs extra attention). The air-conditioning is working well with comfortable beddings & pillows. The only thing that requires improvement will be the water pressure as it is much weaker than what I experienced during the last stay, hopefully the management can look into this issue.

Overall a nice hotel, spacious, cleanliness still have room for improvements, soundproof is slightly lacking, good location in city center and nearby to shops.
