So far so good. Always book this hotel for my supplier who come. They says its very clean and comfortable

Roxy is a functional hotel that serves our purpose such as location is it not too far from the airport. Breakfast choices are limited and average in quality, service at the restaurant can be improved as the staff could be more courteous and practise better customer service.

It is decent hotel, just need to improve in toilet cleanliness. The only thing I find a they could improve is the damp mix with sweat smell in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and enjoyed the overall experience. I especially appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, which made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the strategic location of the hotel, with its proximity to nearby shopping malls and easy access to the hospital, was incredibly convenient and added to the overall comfort of my stay. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the buffet breakfast. I noticed that the current selection of breakfast items is somewhat limited. Adding more variety to the menu would greatly enhance the dining experience for guests. Perhaps including more options such as a wider range of fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and local delicacies could cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. Thank you for considering this suggestion. I look forward to experiencing an even more delightful breakfast during my next stay.

This hotel location very suitable for me as nearby have local wet market (Pasar) & good foods in walking distance. Breakfast choice good enough, i recommend their sarawak laksa and half boiled egg.

Can be recommended. 5-10 mins walk to Aeon Mall, McDonald's and Food court

The location is just nice and nearby shopping mall and food court. However, the room condition is not that satisfy. The aircond need some service as the noise cause us cant sleep well. Same to the toilet, need to do some maintenance.

Ok. Big room. Near airport with only 15mins car travel. Good. Travel with family can book one room enough.

Stayed here with my bf on our 1st, 4th & 5th days of our 5D4N short get-away (refer to the previous review on the number of day- supposed to be 1st, 4th & 5th day). I've wrote the review for the 1st day. This one is the review for the 4th & 5th day, in which we were given different room from the previous stay. PROS ♡ Near Sunny Hill ice cream store & AEON Mall. ♡ A convenience store & (non-halal) eateries are in the same building. CONS ‼️ Room given this time was smaller & narrow than the previous room that we stayed in. ‼️ Washroom smelled so bad from the wet shower curtain. ‼️ Hand towels weren't provided. ‼️ One of the body towels given was so old (thin & brownish) to the point it could be use as a floor mat already. ‼️ Cleaner a.ka. housekeeper did not make-up our room. The excuse was that, no housekeeping after 12 p.m., however we were not informed about it earlier and we went out before 12 p.m. I had informed staff A at the counter to make up our room as well, and she even asked for confirmation if I want to refill and change the whole things (toiletries, sachet drinks, towels, beddings), I said yes and she told me that she will inform the housekeeper. Before, we were only told by staff B at the counter to put the "PLEASE MAKE UP ROOM" hanger on the door knob if we want the cleaner to do the housekeeping for our room. My bf was pissed-off and told staff C off. Staff C apologised on behalf of staff A and staff B & gave us new body towel, toiletries, drinking water and plenty of sachet drinks eventually. ‼️ Breakfast menus on the 4th day were still not tasty, so, we skipped our breakfast on the 5th day. I feel ashamed to my bf for this unpleasant experiences since I was in charge of choosing & booking hotel for our trip. I'm sorry, but I will not return to this hotel next time I come to Kuching again.

Good food good value as always. Will repeat again next time!
