Not a bad location as there’s lots of local eatery at walking distance. Room and building really need to repaint and balcony area look run down. Paint is peeling off and door is hard to close. There’s no cabinet to hang ur cloth only 2 hanger in the room.

Terrible dirty... bed sheet & blanket full with yellow stains.

Very disappointed with the booking for my guest. Room is not clean, ceiling fan covered with thick layers of dust and showers condition not good 🥹

I was put at 4th floor when other floors should be available as it is not peak time or holidays...no lift..aircond was terrible..room was very old and smelly...bed was hard as sleeping in the floor..

Everything is good and clean. Recommend for business traveller as it is near to the industrial park.

Good location at Jalan Song area, which the area is located lots of eatery places. Thus, we can easily to find foods that’s located just next to the apartment. The staffs is friendly and done the room service accordingly. There is not fancy swimming pool or gym but is good enough for a short stay in Kuching while exploring the city.

Love the room. Very clean and staff was friendly. The price reasonable plus the place very comfortable. But must be extra careful for parents who bring baby that can crawl.
