Hotel terbaik di Kulai

Ia adalah pengalaman yang hebat tinggal di Impiana Hotel Senai. Persekitaran yang bagus dan kakitangan yang mesra. Makan malam bufet dengan harga berpatutan, bilik yang selesa, cuma satu komen mengenai sistem penyaliran air perlu diperbaiki, aliran air sangat perlahan, harap kakitangan teknikal dapat membantu melihat paip untuk membaikinya dengan segera. Keseluruhannya berpuas hati.

Memuaskan, bilik selesa, air kuat, heater fungsi, aircond cun ( cuci filter sendiri ), tv semua ngamsoi boleh tengok FIFA

When i saw the rating of 3.9 in google review, i were a bit anxious of booking this hotel/inn. Turn out, the superior queen room i booked is quite nice (with that low price). The lobby and room are clean and comfy. The soundproof between the room is decent as well, not noisy. Clean bathroom; the mattress and pillows are comfortable/ clean. They also provide water dispenser in each room. As for the iron, you will need to request from the counter. The internet speed is decent as well. Limited free hotel parking in the morning; but no problem finding parking along the street. The only downside is they don't have lift/ elevator. So those who has knee problems, you may not want to book here.

Very fast and hassle free during the check in and check out. Friendly and courteous staff at the reception. Free parking is just in front of the hotel. The family room that we booked is quite big and in good condition. The only issue is that the family room is located at level 3 while the lift goes up until level 2 only, so we had to take the staircase to level 3. Recommended for family and couples!

I was staying here as my friend suggested me this hotel to stay during my trip to a wedding ceremony at Kulai. I'm surprised that the lobby have quite refreshing smell with good ambience. This trip to Kulai and staying in this hotel totally blows my mind. -Each floor have water dispenser just in case 2 bottles in room weren't sufficient enough for those who are drink a lot. -They have complimentary chips and chocolate wafer, black coffee and tea with creamer. I wasn't expected that all rooms have mini bar in it and safety box -They provided praying mat for guest with kiblat in room, which is quite thoughtful and Muslim Friendly. -Curtains are fully blacked out. Bed are super duper comfy with 4 big fluffy pillows ! Had a great sleep during my solo trip -Iron with iron board are provided as well with hairdryer in bathroom. -They've amenities kits such as Shampoo, Shower Gel, Comb, toothbrushes and toothpaste,cotton bud and cotton pad, Shaving kit,and sanitary bag. Which surprise me as well because other 3 star hotel that i'ved stay most of it only prepared shower gel and shampoo and toothbrushes. -Breakfast buffet was amazing with adequate choices which is not just nasi goreng,mee goreng,fried chicken, egg ,nasi lemak just like 3 stars other hotels. I was told by receptionist that the buffet menu are different everyday. I've enjoyed their Salted Egg fried rice and KungPao Chicken. Their kuih muih and some sliced cake as desserts are amazing too but too sweet for me as I didnt have sweet tooth. -It was safe at night as there are security at the entrance and I saw notice in lift that the door locked starting 8:00pm. Only those guest with room card are able to enter. Another bonus : - Many eateries nearby with Aeon Mall just around 3-5 minutes walking distance. Have many banks nearby withing 5-10 minutes walking distance. -Can get Grab and Foodpanda easily. But Foodpanda are unable to send food to our room for safety purpose. They only can wait for us in the lobby. Although it is quite pricey depends on individual budget, but for the breakfast included are worthy. Downside is that hard to find parking space as it is a shop lot hotel. Only 1 washroom in lobby. Too many mirrors

Room is too small,price is quite expensive,blanket is too stiff.aircond is not cold at all ,need servicing or repair . Not acceptable to stay this type of hotel when understand that bathroom water was shut whenever anybody check out. as when I want to bath ,no water supply so have to as the housekeeping to switch on.this is rediculious for hotel.

Ditempah kerana konvokesyen saya jadi kami perlu tinggal untuk satu malam sahaja, sejujurnya saya tidak mempunyai sebarang penjelasan tetapi saya suka biliknya! Ia bersih, ada lif lagi. Tetapi -1 kerana saya perlu menggunakan seterika tetapi kakitangan hanya menghantar papan seterika tanpa seterika kerana tekaan lain tidak mengembalikannya semula, maka hotel ini tidak mencukupi besi hahahah tetapi secara keseluruhannya bagus

Sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang, sesuai untuk pelawat awal, tetapi tidak dapat menikmati sarapan pagi mereka. Daftar masuk pantas, tetapi cahaya bilik terlalu malap pada waktu malam. Hanya untuk tidur malam. Agak luas

Ia terletak berhampiran Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Senai dan akses mudah ke lapangan terbang dengan menggunakan Grab / teksi dan lain-lain. Ia terletak berhampiran dengan restoran rumah kari yang lazat.

I was here 3days2night. Check in was fast and helpful front desk staffs. Hotel charged RM100 as deposit and will returned it upon check out. I parked my car at basement level B1, it is a free car park. The lobby is at. Ground floor, and my room is at level 4. The room is well maintained. Clean and comfortable bed. The TV is new and showing clear video quality. My room have big window, however the window was not having direct sunlight. The window view is like a small corridor and facing another room window. The hotel managed to arrange a non smoking room for me. It cost me around MYR200 for 2 night stay. No breakfast. Quite reasonable. The location is at kulai township. 20mins drive to senai international airport. Overall it was a good stay experience.
