Sangat suka. Akan datang lagi. Menepati jangkaan saya. Mesti saya akan syorkan pada orang lain.

Recently stayed at U Capsule Hotel Kulai and had a pleasant experience. The capsule pods are clean, cozy, budget-friendly and provide a comfortable space for rest. The hotel also offers convenient amenities such as parking and a water dispenser, making the stay even more practical. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for simple yet comfortable accommodation in Kulai.

The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome. We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play. However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home! There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep. Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night. The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional. All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid. However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang strategik, mudah untuk sampai ke tempat-tempat menarik di bandar. Kakitangannya prihatin dan pantas membantu dengan sebarang keperluan. Kemudahan bilik diselenggara dengan baik, dan pancuran mandian mempunyai aliran air panas yang deras dan konsisten. Pilihan sarapan pagi tidak banyak, tetapi kualitinya boleh diterima. Amat disyorkan!

Daftar masuk begitu pantas! Bilik bersih dan semuanya baik-baik saja kerana saya hanya menginap semalam!

The place was kept clean with floors cleaned. The towels look so blackish when it is supposed to be white. Lots of black stains. They should change the towels every 3 months. Oh gosh. The cups so yellow. Cleaner never clean properly. See already oso scared. The bed is so hard. The shower stand is so rusty. Service is absolutely prompt and good!!! Fan is not working in one of the rooms.

No toothbrush or mineral water inside the room.. And air-conditioning without remote control. Hard to adjust the temperature.. The towel is not nice... Even the blankets is also a bit thin... Anyway the place is very clean.. And make the price not so expensive for twin beds...

Located in Kulai, a convenient 10-minute Grab ride from Johor Bahru Airport. I used this as a transit hotel. I arranged a late check in via WhatsApp, which was smooth. The dorm room was clean. A/C worked well. The reception didn't know the wifi password on the floor I stayed, so I had to use it on the reception. Eating options were abundant and very close by even at late night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at N45 and would recommend it.
