Everything about this hotel was amazing.The staff is so attentive and helpful.There were excellent house keeping staff especially gigi thanks n grateful to her for making my birthday memorable with lovely deco sharing a pic.please keep it up.Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at the the private pool villa. The property is little small as compared to ashtamudi but has very scenic views and their backwater sunsets are the ones you should not miss.Their staff are very helpfull.One of their housekeeping staff named JIJI really went out of her way and decorated the whole room for a friends birthday. She made us very comfortable and made sure that we get the best service.Overall a pleasant stay,

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. It’s very close to city and we went out for Kerala breakfast and food quite often. Their in house buffet is excellent too provided you have a good appetite. Food is expensive here too as in most Mahindra properties.

I took a canvas session with Ms. Rakhi in the happy hub and it was worth it. She made us feel comfortable and was a fun person to talk to. Well enjoyed!!

The resort is impossible to approach or leave as the road outside is a mud track. Even walking out is a trekking expedition. You are therefore virtually trapped inside and have to depend on the resort and its staff to provide your every need. The staff aren’t available at there stations and can be seen chatting in the air conditioned areas. It is hot, but who cares for the member kept waiting. The resort is under stocked The items listed on the Menu are not available. I asked for tonic water or Ginger Ale, listed at ₹ 225 per can but was told they were not available After I ***aged to get myself some cans , when I was on a sightseeing tour. The next day I was told that there was no ice available, as it had not been delivered that day. When I gave my laundry, I was shocked to learn that the laundry would take 2 days , as the laundry was not in house. I decided to go for a walk on the beach and was told there would be boats to take me there. At 5PM when I set out , I was told that the last boat had left at 4:30, and even if I had made it to that boat I would be allowed to walk for only 30 minutes on the beach. One gentle*** from room service by name Joel said he would find us solutions but neither came back to us and stopped answering our calls. To be fair, the food at the resort is tasty and the housekeeping staff do their best.

Quick check in to our lavish,furnished,clean and spacious Room surrounded by grand studio and 1BR cottages and beautiful garden land scape .Property spread over 7 acres . Prompt room service. Sumptuous buffet meals and breakfast menu. Excellent catering service. Enjoyed Happy Hub's Karaoke songs and games . Interaction with Club Mahindra's Staff was lovable. Spent 2N/3D comfortably and peacefully , satisfied with the hospitality, service. cleanliness, maintenance, loving and polite nature of Club Mahindra Staff . Lovely location,availability of good food,value added amenities,the beautiful architecture,the organic farm,the backwaters,the sea,large swimming pools and the best staff all made our holiday a memorable one. The dynamic team of clubmahindra in Poovar lead by Shibu made our holiday a memorable one.The warm hospitality extended to us by the front desk team of Prasad ,Anandooand Anandhakrishnan was unforgettable.So was the f and b team lead by the ever smiling Robin,the amazing and sweet chef Sahadevan ***** with Athul,Neetu,Suresh,Dhanashekhar,Santanu, and Shraddha.We had such delicious,tasteful and delightful food which was just awesome.There was also music by the poolside which was just heavenly.Also,the superb housekeeping team of Haneesh,Jiji,Sanjay,Anto and Benjamin made us feel cosy and comfortable staying in clubmahindra after a tiring day.Binu and Sanjay at the gate also were wonderful and excellent in handling the conveyance part.A big shout out to the super cool captain,Shibu who motivates,inspires and provide suggestions to help his team excel and reach certain goals at work. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful time and would certainly love to revisit again in future.

Awesome Resort of Club Mahindra, 1BR are the highlight with private pools Near to Poovar Beach Staff, Housekeeping, Reception all were very polite. Cleanliness and hygiene was also one of the best. Vinod Pilodkar was very helpful and kind.
