The decoration style is old-fashioned. But the hotel service is excellent. The staff is friendly and cordial. The room service is also very good. The room is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are replenished every day. The hotel's catering is satisfactory. There are not many types of breakfast, but it can meet basic needs. The location is quite convenient. There are many convenience stores and small restaurants around, and it is convenient to travel. Although the hotel decoration is old, the high-quality service makes my stay experience a lot. If you don't care too much about the decoration, this is still a good choice.

The room is spacious and the interior is luxurious. The bed is spacious so even a large person can rest comfortably. The facilities are old but well-maintained and clean. The breakfast is delicious and includes all-you-can-eat fresh raw eggs from Saitama. The curry and French toast are delicious.

The hotel is very close to Kumagaya Station. The service staff is very nice. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom bathtub is large and spacious. There is also breakfast service, which is super good.

There was an air purifier, but when I filled it with water, the drain was broken and it couldn't humidify. There were quite a few scratches inside the toilet bowl that appeared to have been made during cleaning, and at first I mistook it for dirt; they looked like they were made by rubbing with a metal scrubbing pad. It looks bad so I think it needs to be repaired. The location and view are good, so it's fine for business use. Breakfast was also decent.

I stayed in a suite. The room was separated into a living room and bedroom, and it was very spacious, which was nice. There were two disappointing points. 1. The sofa in the living room was old and sunk when I sat on it, making it very uncomfortable. 2. The bathroom: There was a large amount of black and white mold on the floor, and the smell was unbearable. I scrubbed the mold with a body towel, but it came off, so it seemed like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. It was very disappointing. The price was reasonable, so I wish they had done a better job of cleaning it.

The room was clean and quiet, and was cleaned every day. It is very close to Kumagaya Station, and it is very convenient to take the train, bus, and eat. There is an overpass between the hotel and Kumagaya Station, and there is no sidewalk underneath. If you bring a suitcase, it will be inconvenient and you need to take a detour to cross the road. The hotel breakfast is average, just enough to fill your stomach. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but well maintained. Although the hotel is not far from the train station, it is still very quiet at night.

Excellent among Japanese companies of the same level

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would like to stay here again. The only drawback is that it is a bit of a walk from the station and you have to go up the overpass at the intersection in front of the hotel.

Check-in was quick. Bathroom products were all available. No mineral water or tap water to drink. Walked to the hotel from the train station. It was a bit troublesome to cross the road closest to the hotel. Required to use the overpass so it was a bit tiring with luggage. Better to wait for the traffic light and cross the road directly.

The surrounding environment is quiet, and the 711 is opposite the hotel, which is very convenient
