A very good surprise... The spa is great... Opened all night from 15:00 ... Up to 9:30 am... So just great. Location is a bit out of the busy area. So it's just great. Don't expect to sleep daytime tho... The train pass by...or is the tramway ? Anyway... Bed was comfy. Be careful... There is no 24/7 counter. They are closed maybe from midnight... Up to 11am minimum. So, you better ask things when it's opened

We took Highway Bus (2.5hr) from Fukuoka Airport to Kumamoto Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. Koko Hotel is directly connected to the bus terminal. Hotel was opened in June 2022 and there were now clear signages to Koko Hotel as we alighted from the bus. We took escalator to the 2F and take the lift to the 14F where the Hotel lobby is. From the lobby, we get a clear view of Kumamoto Castle. Our Superior Twin Room is very spacious and comfortable. We paid Y32,310 for 2 nights. It is 10 mins walk to the Castle, and 10 mins taxi ride to Kumamoto Station. Amu Plaza next to Kumamoto Station has plenty of eateries. Sakuramachi has Family Mart, restaurants and shops.

hotel is a 1min walk from karashimacho tram station, right next to a huge 7/11 store. it is also a 5min walk from shimotori shopping street. room was nice and clean, drinks and amenities were free-flow from the lobby. toilet seat was heated which is a plus! the staff can speak basic english and are very helpful - they have a translation device too! entry to the ladies' onsen is password-protected which gave peace of mind. did not try the breakfast as it was on the pricier side, but overall the room was amazing and i wish i could have stayed for longer.

I few steps away from the station. The building looks renovated from an older one by the inside facilities are up to standards. I always love the breakfast where they include local dishes and materials.

数回利用させていただいています。昔からあるホテルでやや古さは感じますが、清潔で落ち着いて過ごせるホテルです。朝のバイキングは10Fのレストランなので朝日を浴びた熊本城が目の前に見えます。バイキングも変わらず美味しかったです。「熊本ラーメン」があり、最終日に朝ラーをしてしまいました。 お部屋の広さ、ベッドの硬さも満足ですが、お部屋の明かりが少ないので、スタンドライトがもう一つ欲しいことと、バスルームの蛇口が温度設定ができるタイプだとありがたいかな。ということで星4つのしました。 落ち着いた感じで快適な時間を過ごせたので満足です

ツアーで宿泊しました。外観はリニュアルした後でとてもきれいです。内装も1階のレストランとロビー廻り、フロントはきれいです。特にレストランはきれいなだけではなく、朝食は地産の料理が並びとても美味しかったです。ところが客室はリニュアル工事中のようで、客用エレベーターが1基工事専用になっていました。客室階は廊下からすべてが昭和の雰囲気のビジネスホテルのそれです。部屋の中は古いホテルの臭いがして、絨毯から壁紙まで昔のままで、喫煙可能だった時代の残り香が感じられます。喫煙室であったことは焼け焦げた椅子の張地からも分かります。バスルームも昔のままで、床下の排水のトラップのせいで、20センチほどの段差があり、登り降りが大変でした。そしてとても狭いです。部屋からの眺望は川側は高速道路がありますが、空間は開けています・反対側は閉鎖された病院や古いビルの非常階段が見えるだけです。泊まるのであれば川側が良いと思います。いぜれにせよリニュアルが済んでからがベストです。眺望は変わりませんが。

部屋も広く家族4人で宿泊しましたが、コスパが良すぎます。 お盆時期で、混雑しており、フロントのスタッフが慣れていない初心者マークをつけていた方もいたので、説明は足りない部分もありました。別の時間帯に何度かフロントへ降りていろいろ聞きましたが丁寧に教えていただき、とても感じが良かったです。 快く子供の枕やタオルも貸して頂けたり、ウェルカムドリンクやかき氷のサービスもあり、有り難かったです。 混雑時は洗濯機が空かないので、乾燥だけコインランドリーへ行きました。時間帯によって駐車場が満車になるので、その点だけ注意が必要です。 今後もリピします。

It is our our first time to visit Kumamoto and I am so satisfied I chose this hotel. The room was so clean and spacious. I love the garden view too. The staffs were so nice and very accommodating.
