良い所は交通の便が良い。駅から/へのバスは目の前に止まり、少し離れた所に電停もあります。 中心繁華街からは遠いけど歩けなくはない。バス市電を使えば更に便利。周囲に店は少ないけど、歩いてすぐに良い和食屋あり。 部屋は狭くて荷物整理には苦労します。ベッドの周りの足場だけ。机はたためる（それだけ狭い）鞄を広げられるのは入口への僅かな廊下スペース。 大浴場はこの手のビジネスホテルとしては普通、ユニットバスより快適だけど温泉宿ほどの良さは無し。 駐車場は併設の立体。雨でも濡れずにok。夜間は管理人が居なくなるので車の出入りも荷物の出し入れも不可。それで困るなら近くの駐車場を紹介されます。

Location is unbeatable and it’s great I can park the car in the hotel with very reasonable charge. As a gentle note, hotel car park only accept cash on the ground level. The onsen is really good and open till mid night, which is great. The room is comfortable and clean.

こちらのホテルはチェックイン時から、スムーズではありませんでした。 レンタカーでホテルのタワー駐車場に入庫しようとすると、ホテル正面にタクシーが停まっていて入れない状態。やむなくタクシーの脇に停車させると、タクシーの運転手が降りてきて「ここはタクシー乗り場なので入れないよ」と。 ホテルに泊まる宿泊客なのにホテル前に車がつけられないなんてどうなってるの？ 妻にフロントまで聞きに行ってもらうと、タワー駐車場は現在使用していないので、離れたところにある提携駐車場に１泊900円で駐車してくれと。 タワー駐車場の表示は「満車」となっていますが、「満車」ではなく「使用していない」そうです。 提携の立体駐車場に車を停めて、スーツケースをがらがら200ｍほど引っ張り、ようやくチェックインとなりました。 お部屋は最上階の角部屋。少し広めの部屋でした。 入口はいると左手にトイレ、右手に洗面所とお風呂、２つに分かれています。 分かれているのはいいのですが、それぞれのドアが引き戸ではなく開き戸なので、干渉しあって使い勝手が良くありません。 それと、通路から部屋に入ると、部屋全体が右にドッグレッグした状態（右横に広がった状態）なので、空調の吹き出し口から出た冷気が右奥の方へ行きわたらず、手前は寒く右奥は暑いという環境でした。 朝食はB1にある「雑魚屋」という居酒屋で食べることになります。有無を言わさず和食でした。 内容的には、辛子蓮根と高菜はありましたが、そのほかに熊本らしさはなく、いたって普通の和食でした。 東急ホテルズには馴染みがあり、いろんな都市で利用しているのですが、次回熊本滞在の時にこちらを選ぶかどうかは微妙です。

Near the historic site but not so near to the JR station. It was a rainy day so we had some trouble moving our luggage to the JR station. The hotel itself is good. Rooms are not big but its good enough. Onsen was very crowded after dinner but there were lovely treats prepared for us.

Impressive Facilities: The hotel boasts impressive facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, spa, and business center, providing guests with options for relaxation and convenience. The Bad: 1. Noise Issues: Some guests have reported noise disturbances from neighboring rooms or outside the hotel, which can disrupt sleep and relaxation. 2. A very nice, modern hotel in the heart of the Kumamoto shopping district - very convenient location, right at the cross section of the two major covered shopping thoroughfares. Check-in only at 3pm and is an automated check-in/check-out system. Staff are very helpful and friendly. At check-in, you are free to choose your amenities from a very wide selection, including bath salts, face cleanser, moisturizer, coffee, green tea, etc. There is a giant tv in the room. No bottled water is provided. The room offers a full robe (short yukata and pants!). The rooms itself are very modern and renovated. There are two Family Marts and a 7-11 within a block of the hotel, as well as many dining and retail options within short walking distance. It is about a 15 minute walk to Kumamoto Castle and a 30 minute walk to Kumamoto Station.

It was a awesome stay at Koko Hotel Premier Kumamoto. We parked our car at the multi story parking building opposite and just walk over with our lugguage. As I have already read some reviews in advance, we have no problem finding the hotel but I must say the sign board is a little not eye catching and can easily miss it. (can see my photo below). Everything is comfortable there and I just have to make space for my luggage opening which is not much of an issue. The location is so convenient and can easily walk over to the shopping area for our dinner with many choices. We enjoyed our stay and there is also drinks vending machine on the level we stayed. Will definitely recommend it for it super convenient location :) btw is near to the Kumamoto castle too!

Chambre correcte, salle de bain fonctionnelle, bon buffet de petit-déjeuner avec une multitude de choix convenant aussi à des non japonais. Exigences de chambre parfaitement respectées. Absence de parking dans l’hôtel . Les parkings situés en face sont hors de prix, mais la réception a des accords avec un partenaire situé un peu plus loin pour 1200 yens les 24 heures. A négocier avant séjour ou sur place. Je remercie les 2 personnes qui ont essayé de résoudre une demande de réservation de ferry, que je ne pouvais effectuer seul sur deux websites complètement en japonais.

Hotel near Kumamoto Castle. Good size room. Unfortunately I didn’t use spa room as no time.

I don’t like the smell in the bathroom. The room is quite small. But you have every thing you may need in the room: fridge, a cattle, hairdryer, flat tv screen and a bathtub.
