初めて、2泊させて頂きました。北部の観光には、立地も良くホテルのアメニティも良い物を置いて頂いて自宅でも使いたいと思うほどのものでした。ベットもちょうど良い固さで、シーツもワッフルの素材のシーツで使用感も良かったです。
国頭の地区は、自然が豊かで観光した日は、あいにく天気には恵まれては無かったので星が出ていなかったのが残念でした。きっと天気に恵まれたら綺麗な星空が観れると思いました。近くには、ヤンバルクイナが出没するとのことでしたが、出会う事は残念ながら出来ませんでしたが、鳴き声を聞く事ができたとようです。
夕食は、前日の予約制とのことでしたが、当日到着時にお願いしたところご用意していただき美味しく頂きました。ホテルの近くには、コンビニや飲食店は、近くても車で20分以上走らないとならないので、食事はや予約しておくことをおすすめします。ただ、軽食は、自動販売機でカップラーメンや菓子など種類も豊富に用意して頂いているのでそちらで済ませる事もできそうですよ。2泊目は、到着前にスーパーで、地の物を購入しホテルへ戻りました。
北部に行く事があれば又お世話になりたいです。ありがとうございました。

This review is more of a customer service complaint. My husband had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital on Monday and our reservation was for Friday. It was abundantly clear we were not able to go, so contacted the hotel. I did not remember there was a week notice required for cancellation. When I explained the situation and asked if we could rebook I was met with an emphatic ”no”. This is a holiday weekend for both Japanese and Americans so I am reasonably certain they could have booked someone else with 5 days notice. I felt that they were cold and heartless and too rigid in enforcing this policy and unreasonable. Beware if you book here.

2月上旬に友人家族と宿泊するため4ベッドタイプのお部屋をご利用させていただきました。小さな子供（0歳児含む）もいる2家族の旅行で、少し不安だったのですが、お部屋のドアを開けるとその不安も吹き飛びました。まず、幼児用のベッドが準備され、オムツ用のごみ箱から子供用のバスタブまでしっかりと準備されていました。また、綺麗なキッチン付なので、ミルクや離乳食を作る場所も確保されていて、カップルやご夫婦のみならず、小さな子供がいるファミリーも安心して寛げるホテルだなと感心しました。また、美ら海水族館まで車で数分の場所にあり、何よりホテルに隣接されたハナサキマルシェという施設で海鮮料理や焼き肉、お土産の購入、旅行中必要になったものも買うことができますので、（コンビニも近くに2つくらいありましたが）沖縄の北部旅行にはとてもお勧めできるホテルでした。部屋もオーシャンビューで、シャンプー等のアメニティも高級、朝食も自家製のチーズややんばるのフレッシュな食材で調理された沖縄料理も楽しめますので、できれば朝食付きで宿泊された方が良いかと思います。私は何度も沖縄のホテルを宿泊していますが、名のある外資系のラグジュアリーホテルよりも、このホテルの方が良い意味でリラックスした沖縄のおもてなしを受けれるなぁと思いました。次は夏にきて、綺麗なプールに入りながら満喫したいと思います。

外装や、エレベーターなど一部古さを感じる部分もあったが、内装はきちんとリブランドされており、沖縄の海や自然を感じられるデザインだった。今回、チェックインの時間を勘違いしてしまい、早く到着してしまったが、スタッフの方が快く対応してくださりとても助かった。客室も広く、水回りも清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせた。名護市街から少し離れた場所にあるため、夕食はホテルのビュッフェを利用したが、種類も多く、味ももちろん満足のいくものだった。また、沖縄民謡のパフォーマンスもあり、地元民、観光客関係なく楽しめるだろう。 気になる点をあえていうならば、駐車場が完全に整備されていないところだ。砂利道に加えて、区切り線が見えづらいため、駐車の際は気にする必要がある。 しかし、総じて素晴らしいホテルだったため、また機会があればぜひ泊まりたい。

GW中の宿泊利用で、15:00前に到着。受付にお客はひと組だけで、すぐにチェックイン手続き出来ました。宿泊費は前払いでした。 部屋は7階で、窓から海が見えましたが、全面に広がっている、という風ではなく手前の林の方がよく目につきました。少し古い感じはするかもしれませんが、清潔感はあり居心地は良かったです。 プールは、植栽や並んだビーチチェアなどで、南国のリゾートホテルの雰囲気が良く出ていて、広さもあり、満足でした。 夕食はチェックイン時に予約し、19:00よりディナーブッフェを利用しました。 高級なメニューはありませんでしたが、色々な沖縄料理など豊富なメニューはどれも美味しく頂きました。 家庭料理的なメニューが多めでしたので、5,000円の金額に見合うか？とい部分は個々で様々な感想がありそうですが、私は大満足で食べ過ぎてしまいました。食後に現地で精算しました。 朝食はスタートの6:30の少し前に並びました。開店時は余裕があり、全員入店してもまだ空席はありましたが、7:00頃には満席で待ちが出ていたようです。 朝食はディナーブッフェとはまるで違うメニューでしたが、メニュー数は豊富にあり、沖縄料理のメニューもありました。こちらも美味しく頂き食べ過ぎました。 スタッフさんは気さくで感じの良い方ばかりしかお目に掛かりませんでした。高級ホテルのようなお大臣さまでも相手にしてるかのような接客ではありませんでしたが、私としては肩肘張らずにすみましたので、こんな感じの接客の方がくつろげます。高級ホテルのような接客を求める方だと、私とは違う感想を持たれるかもしれません。荷物も自分で部屋まで運びますし。金額は高級ホテルのそれよりは幾分お安いと思いますので、私にとっては大満足でした。

會有接駁巴士來往私人海灘，如果不想去海灘，酒店內有一個泳池及按摩池，另有自費溫泉♨️
游水後泳衣可以使用酒店投幣式洗衣機洗，ocean town 2洗衣房比較焗，建議前往ocean town 1洗衣房有冷氣比較舒適
如果打算一整天待在酒店玩水，其實不錯，因為酒店有便利商店，有餐廳，酒吧，還有體驗活動。
美中不足的是房間床褥及梳化比較多塵暪，因為我和老公坐在梳化和睡在床上感覺非常痕癢。可以的話自備一次性床單，枕頭袋及被袋。
其他一切都很好👍🏻

A rather old hotel which desperately needs remodeling. The bed covers were old and stained, totally disgusting! We had to ask the housekeeping to change into different bedding sheets twice! The bathrooms are also out of date with poor quality washing basins. The furniture in the room were old, damaged and carpet badly stained.

We went there for personal trip and had good relaxation at the hotel. We were concern the pool scale but there are many pool types and some is enjoyable for adults.
Also we can go through to the beach directly from the pools. You have to pay attention to the inside pool is paid pool.
The one thing I want to point out is the staff attitude at reception desk. Once we check in, it seems the staff irritated for something and no smile. For the explanation of facilities is also not enough. This is little disappointment for us.

Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial.
Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view.
Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area.
Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition.
Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. PPengguna Tetamu(ロケーション) 那覇空港から車で約1時間 恩納村の中心地の高台にあり入口が分かりづらいので ｶﾌｰ ﾘｿﾞｰﾄ ﾎﾃﾙを目印にすると隣なので良いと思います。 ホテル外で食事する時かなりの坂道を登り降りしないとなりません帰りは ﾎﾃﾙに送迎してくれる居酒屋さんがいいと思います。 (フロント) 入口から入ると正面にはラウンジがありフロントが見つからない❗ 右側の奥まった所にベルデスクの様な2箇所のデスクがフロントなのでちょっと見つけ難い。 対応は良くｳｪﾙｶﾑﾄﾞﾘﾝｸやお好みのｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰのﾊﾞｽｿﾙﾄのいただけます。 (客室) ｵｰｼｬﾝﾃﾗｽDX ﾙｰﾑ 56㎡+18㎡ﾃﾗｽ ｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰ 広々したｵｰｼｬﾝﾋﾞｭｰのお部屋は落ち着いたトーンと言うよりハッキリとしたブルーカラーで好みは別れそう。 ｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰが設置されたﾃﾗｽからはビーチや夕日も望めます。お湯張に少し時間がかかりますのでご参考に。 勿論 室内にも立派なバスルームもついてますので安心。 (レストラン) 1階 琉球 ﾁｬｲﾆｰｽﾞ『ボンファイアー』ここは朝食から本格的な中華料理が頂けます どのホテルに泊まっても代わり映えのしないビュッフェが多いですがここはとても個性的で楽しい食事が提供されます。 (アクアプール) プールと水盤とｼﾞｴｯﾄﾊﾞｽを組み合わせた独特の雰囲気のリゾートエリア。 プールバーや ﾘｸﾗｲﾆﾝｸﾞｿﾌｧ-でゆっくりと寛げます。 夜にはプール全体がブルーにﾗｲﾄｱｯﾌﾟされとても綺麗です。 是非 早めに ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝしてﾎﾃﾙﾗｲﾌを満喫してもらいたいホテルです。 ＊コスパがとても高くこの料金でこれだけの内容は感動的。 名前だけの高級ﾎﾃﾙにはもう泊まれなくなります。

AandingdingI booked a room with a city view and I was very impressed with the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the view was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

AAni SThis property far surpassed our expectations. Having a self contained apartment made life so easy for our family of 4. The complex is right on the beach which provides an amazing outlook from each apartment. The beach has surprisingly good snorkeling and the coral and fish would keep us occupied all day. To get the most out of the area you really need a car. We would come back in a heartbeat. The staff were lovely and helped to make our stay as easy as possible. Loved every moment.

JJoyThe location and facilities inside the room are nice, however, the customer service is not ideal. It is normally assumed that after booking a hotel online with a booking confirmation, all necessary information is already on the confirmation letter. However, travelers who stay at this property will still have to actively reach out to the hotel for check-in ID in order to do self-check-in via iPad. It would be great if the hotel could reach out to the traveler before their check-in.
What's even worse is that during the check-in process, we did a face-to-face meeting via iPad, and there was no information provided by the staff that we would need a password to enter the hotel after certain hours. After dinner outside, when we returned to the hotel, we were locked outside the hotel, and luckily, we were able to call the Japanese phone number via the public phone. It would have been a nightmare if there had been no public phone or if no one from the hotel had picked up the phone.

PPengguna TetamuIf you're looking for amazing views and access to a secluded sandy beach this is likely a reasonable spot to choose, especially for you're paying with points.. Cash rates are a bit high. Walk 5 min in either direction on Sesoko beach. There won't be a human in sight as you swim or catch some sun. All in all we enjoyed our stay but would have picked another spot to get more out of our limited time in Okinawa. Pros: - newish hotel - amazing views - good point redemption rates for Hilton Honors members - spacious suites if you get a room upgrade - friendly staff - access to a beautiful white sandy beach with very few people around Cons: - impossibly difficult to access without a very expensive cab or a hard to get car rental - no activities or services you'd expect from a place with resort in the name. - limited food and drink options. - people tend to bring their kids who get loud and annoying given lack of activities to keep them busy. Things to keep in mind: - There is nothing nearby. You can't go anywhere without a car and car rentals were sold out far in advance of our trip. Don't plan to do any site seeing if you're staying here. You're coming for the pool and beach, not Okinawa. - Getting to the hotel from the airport is about 3.5 hours by bus for $12 USD or $180 USD by cab. The hotel does have an airport shuttle that costs about $20US per person but it only operates on a limited schedule that is unlikely to align with your flights or activity plans. You really need a car or cab. A shuttle across the bridge to Motubo should probably be included in your room rate, but it isn't and local cabs are hard to come by. It took hours for them to find us one. - The hotel staff are super nice but the hotel offers no activities or services. Don't expect sunscreen in the gift shop or water activity gear for check out or rent. You'll need to drive to the main island and into town for those. If you’re looking for a restaurant offsite you’ll have to find it on your own the concierge says he's not allowed to recommend restaurants, but that he can call and check on availability if you give him options. - Food and drink options are limited. Given no activities on site you'd think at least a cocktail by the pool would be an option, it is not. The only option for drinks is the lobby and you can’t bring those to the pool. Food is your typical boring overpriced Hilton fare, not the local Japanese or Okinawan food you'd want at a remote destination like this. It does the job, but if you have a car - go offsite to one of the restaurants in town. Verdict: great spot for a quiet and secluded stay but checkout spots on Naha or one of the further remote islands if you're looking for Okinawa experience.

PPengguna Tetamu昨年宿泊時はセンチュリオンホテルでしたがリブランドされてロイヤルビューホテルに変更されてました。 本島北部ではこのホテルが最もコスパが良いので愛用してます。 経営がこのエリアでは大手の前田産業に移ったので多少変化があるかと思ったのですが例年通りな内容である意味安心しました。 本島北部には１０回以上来ており周辺の観光地は全て網羅してしまったので滞在中はホテルのプールで過ごすか徒歩圏内のエメラルドビーチに行くぐらいのパターンです。 最も安価なスタンダードルームでもレイアウトが良いからなのか狭さを感じないのが利点です。wifiがストレス無く繋がるのも好印象です。 ただ、毎回感じるのですがプールの水温が高すぎて風呂に入っているようなのが残念なところ。沖縄で他のホテルにも何度も宿泊してますがここまで水温が高いプールにはお目にかかったことがありません。要改善を切に望みたいところです。 センチュリオン時代と比較するとバイキングの朝食メニュー数がワンランク下がった気がしました（カレーやパスタが無くなりました）。ある程度は沖縄料理も必要でしょうがここに来るような方は道中で郷土料理に巡り合ってると思うので必要以上に力を入れなくても良さそうな気がしました。 スタッフは例年同様フレンドリーな対応で満足しました。 高級ホテルのような敷居の高さが無いので肩肘張らずリラックス出来るのがここの最大の利点かもしれません。お薦めできるホテルです。

PPengguna TetamuWe brought our 3+ years old boy on a 2 night stay during golden week (May 2024) and opted in for a dinner buffet on the first night. It was 2200 yen per adult n foc for my boy. The spread was limited but worth all its penny as the beef was so tender and juicy so i feasted on it. All other dishes were also very good.
The private beach was convenient and the water was so clear it looked like mineral water. There was a 50% discount voucher you can get from the hotel reception for the banana boat ride at the private beach and our boy enjoyed this and another ride. The young instructor who pulled us out on a jet ski for our water rides was friendly and went at a good speed for our 3 year old who was doing the water actitivties for the first time without us having to tell him to do so. He even went to the coral reefs and picked up a starfish n a sea cucumber to show our boy before returning it back to the sea. The water activites was affordable with the discount, price similar to Msia/Thailand/Indonesia resorts i have been to.
I was apprehensive booking this resort after reading the reviews on the state of the hotel showing signs of aging. However, the place was well maintained. There was an unpleasant smell when i opened the door to our room but its actually just the tatami which needed some airing. After opening the windows to let in the natural breeze, all was good. Cleaniness for toilet was good too; just need to figure out the temp control for the shower. The onsite onsen was clean and easily accessible at the basement, and wld have cost us at least 1200yen for a visit to a public onsite iin naha.
Totally recommend this resort for a fam outing with young children. I understand they have barrier free access rooms on the first floor of the resort so there were some families with elderly too.

お盆の時期だったにもかかわらず格安だったので、覚悟して（笑）家族旅行で利用しました。しかし、改装されたばかりのように、水回りが綺麗で、部屋も広く清潔でした。（ただ、部屋の清掃は３日に１回とのこと）たしかに分かりにくい立地で車必須だと思います。恩納村付近の海（青の洞窟や万座毛）、水族館へのアクセスはよく、意外と親子連れにも便利なところでした。みなさんがおっしゃるように、宿のオーナーが気さくな方で、おすすめの場所をいろいろ教えてくださいました。花が好きで、あちこち写真を撮っている私に、ガーデンに植えてあったジャスミンを一枝、挿木用にくださいました。現在はwi-fiも全室使用できますよ。
