The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Especially Mila, she was very friendly and gave us a farewell gift. It was a great stay and will come again if have a chance!

Novotel Kunming City Centre is one of the best hotel we had ever stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities and cleanliness are great. Location is also very accessible as it’s near shopping mall and many eateries nearby. Overall it is very worth our money. 😊

Clean and comfortable, convenient location, next to the shopping mall, the front desk girl Noya is friendly, answers all questions, adds WeChat and tells you about eating, drinking and traveling in the area, very recommended.

We stayed at Novotel Kunming from January 2-5th in a double bedded room, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The front desk team were courteous and helpful too. We forgotten to ask for make up room when we went out and the front desk actually asked a cleaning lady named Mandy to help us clean after work time. This is providing us extra miles. The room is equipped with smart sanitary system like Japan and They even provide you a Dyson hairdryer with accessories. Not to mention ball pit and reading area for kids. Complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby 24/7. Same goes for complimentary self service for washer and dryer located at 20th floor. The amenities provided here was so convenient for families.

Hotel very new, big & clean. All the staff there were helpful & friendly. They even remind us to take care ourselves as the weather is quite cold on morning & night. Facilities are new and convenient. Hotel nearby got restaurant,coffee & 7-eleven. 酒店很新和干净，空间很大。柜台和打扫的职员都很亲切友善。第一天到达时，柜台职员还帮我们打电话解决包裹问题, 碰上的职员都会提醒我们早晚温差很大，要多注意保暖。我们退房时，职员Kit高效处理，还附送了几包鲜花饼伴手礼。房间设施都非常新，吹风机是Dyson牌子，马桶是智能型的。

Had a great stay here..the staff named amber delivered great service and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stays here..room was super clean and comfy..whoever come to kunming should stay here..i rate this hotel 10/10

We were delighted to discover the hotel’s modern facilities and fresh ambiance, which certainly contributed to a memorable experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In particular, I would like to extend a special thank you to Noya for going above and beyond to assist us. Her knowledge and recommendations for local attractions greatly enriched our visit. Additionally, we appreciated the hotel’s convenient location near the MRT and shopping center, making our exploration of the area effortless. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. Returned visit to thsi hotel because of the friendly and helpful service staff. This time the room is bigger and you can use the laundromat for free located in the hotel. Very nice to shopping area

Hotel is new and clean. Service is great with friendly and helpful staff. The amenities are exceptional - dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet, mug sterilizer. A well-equipped gym that is 24 hours including a smith bar rack, cable machine, row machine.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at the Novotel Dianchi Hotel. The hotel’s location is perfect, nestled near the serene Dianchi Lake and conveniently close to shopping mall right across the road. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the well-equipped gym and the indoor swimming pool, which even had a lifeguard on standby for added safety. What surprised us the most was the Laundromat, it’s FREE! What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. We ordered several items from Taobao, and the staff made sure they were delivered directly to our room after check-in. When we accidentally left our strawberries behind, the front desk team kindly stored them in the fridge for us until we returned. To top it all off, we were even given a thoughtful farewell gift upon checkout. While we didn’t catch all the names of the wonderful staff, we made sure to take a photo of one of their name tags to remember their kindness. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming. The area around the hotel is modern, making it a much better choice compared to the old town. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, and we hope you will enjoy it too.

booked this hotel last minute as the previous hotel was not up to standard. 欣怡 was amazing. what a thoughtful staff. novotel ought to promote her. she kindly showed us the way to the convenient store and introduced a lot of nice places for us to visit and to have our meals. you can tell that she’s not the pretentious type but someone that puts her heart and soul into what she does/enjoys. // this is one of the best novotel hotel i’ve stayed. room is SO clean. they even have kids bedroom slippers and toothbrush. everything was thoughtfully planned out. nice shower system as well. they have dyson too haha
