Quite near the airport with a shuttle bus that supports early departures. Although I didn't order breakfast I saw the staff passing packed breakfast for those who had to leave before 5am for flights.

First time booking a kids' suite, and the children's bed was so adorable! My grown-up nephew sleeping on it was hilarious; I'm pretty sure half his legs were hanging off. The hotel is very close to the airport and super clean. Very satisfied!

The warm and attentive service was definitely the highlight. Beyond that, it's hard to say anything positive. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell. The slippers only come in one size, which means anyone with feet larger than a size 42 will find them too small. The central air conditioning unit is directly above the bed and is incredibly loud – light sleepers, beware. In another room, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. For a hotel that opened in 2024, the facilities are completely inadequate. The 'smart controls' only operate the bed curtains, and even then, you have to hold down the button continuously. All in all, I won't be booking here again.

Fantastic! The front desk service was great, the environment was lovely, and the room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious, and it's close to the airport with a shuttle service, which was a big plus.

I've been to Kunming many times and have stayed at many hotels near Kunming Airport. This was my first time driving here and also my first time choosing Mercure. First off, the service attitude, whether from the front desk or the housekeeping staff, was quite good. The front desk even came over to change my room when they saw my request to be away from the elevator, which was very considerate. They also provided a breakfast box for my early morning airport transfer. The room wasn't big but it was very well-appointed. The air conditioning was very cool, and the minibar was well-stocked. The parking lot looked large, but parking spaces were actually quite tight. The hotel is close to the airport, less than a 10-minute drive. Some airplane noise from takeoffs and landings is normal and manageable. However, I wonder if the noise from the room's own air conditioning could be addressed? Many parts of the showerhead in the bathroom were loose. I'm not sure if the housekeeping supervisor thoroughly checks the rooms. It took a long time for hot water to come through in both the shower and the sink. I hope this can be improved. The walk from the front desk to the elevator was quite convoluted and hard to find for first-time guests. Plus, the hallway was very stuffy and hot.

We will optimize parking management and continuously upgrade soundproofing measures to minimize the impact of parking space shortages and aircraft noise. All staffs are friendly & helpful, especially shuttle bus drivers, front desk, restaurant, cleaners with excellent services. Few items need to improve:- Water heater temperature in bathroom not consistent. Air conditioning temperature not consistent.

The room was spotless, service was excellent, and the environment was top-notch! The airport transfer service was punctual and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel at ease, secure, and truly cared for. Breakfast started at 5:00 AM, specifically catering to guests with early flights, and offered a wide variety of delicious options.

I chose the airport transfer service, which was very convenient and saved a lot of effort. After arriving at Kunming Airport, I waited at the sign by Gate 8 on the B1 departure level. Shuttles depart at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. When checking in, I informed them of my flight time for the next day, and the front desk noted it down for the shuttle to the airport. The room was a comfort type, and it was quite comfortable for a one-night stay. The minibar had a good variety of tea bags, coffee, and other items. However, the faucet for adjusting water temperature in the bathroom wasn't very user-friendly; the water was either too cold or too hot, and I couldn't get it to the ideal temperature. The toilet had an automatic flush, but it was a bit delayed, always flushing unexpectedly. The biggest pleasant surprise was their breakfast. It started serving at 5:30 AM, which is very convenient for passengers with early flights. The variety was excellent for a hotel of this price. Next time I have an early flight, I'll definitely stay here again!

near the airport, good to stay. The room is very clean and the carpet is good to keep the luggage noise. But the door  slamming is too loud.

The room was great, very clean, and the location was super convenient. There's a restaurant downstairs, and plenty of options for food delivery nearby. It's a highly recommended, high-value choice near the airport!

Overall, it was good. The only downside was its proximity to the airport, which made evenings a bit noisy for sleeping. Also, the carpet seems quite old, making it a bit difficult to drag luggage. It would be best if it could be replaced when possible.

Despite the high traffic, the hotel is very well-maintained and clean. They offer free airport shuttle service, and the breakfast is plentiful, starting at 5:30 AM. It's close to the airport, but the noise is acceptable once the windows are closed. Plus, there are convenient stores nearby for easy shopping.
