This hotel is right by Nanping Street, just a few minutes' walk from the subway. It's perfectly located for checking out Jinma Biji Archway and Kunming Old Street along the way, with plenty of malls and local eateries nearby, so you don't have to go far for shopping or food. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was just right – not too hard, not too soft. The private bathroom with separate wet and dry areas was a thoughtful touch. Amenities are comprehensive: there's a 24-hour self-service laundry room, so you can wash dirty clothes anytime after an outing. The front desk staff are always on duty, ready to help with luggage storage, directions, or anything you need, and they're genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. It's a great fit for business trips, tourism, or family travel – a comfortable base right in the city center.

The location is convenient, right in the city center with shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning works well, and the smart toilet is a nice bonus.

This is one of the hotels I would highly recommend for travelers who enjoy shopping and exploring the city on foot. It is only a 9-minute walk from the Shuncheng Shopping District and about 15–20 minutes from Kunming Old Street, including the famous "Paper-Thin Building." Compared to hotels located directly within the Kunming Old Street area, this hotel offers easier access by Didi, as the old town is often affected by heavy traffic and traffic-control measures. The location strikes a good balance between convenience and accessibility. The rooms are spacious, and access to the guest floors is restricted to room key card holders, which enhances security and prevents unauthorized access. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the robotic assistant that delivers items to guest rooms is a nice modern touch. Overall, the room rates offer excellent value considering the hotel's facilities, service, and location. The stay would be even better if the rooms were equipped with fridge (we were there during summer) and smart controls for features such as the curtains and air conditioning. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kunming.

A warm welcome, the room was clean. They also gave a free breakfast on the first stay for me and an upgraded room for my friend. The location was very convenient, opposite the mall. Breakfast was simple but tasted good.

Hotel very clean, the staffs very friendly, the tower also clean, the only problem was my room Aircom not working and later the staffs change for me the room,my booking was bissaness 2 bad room window at the end they give me the room facing the staircase, they not refund me the money,the staff said the price was same, anyway quite happy to stayed this hotel and their services.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave wonderful suggestions on where to go. They even helped us when we faced difficulties for rental cars. They helped called as many rental car companies as possible to ensure that we were getting a fair treatment. They were patient with us as our Chinese was not very good. They were wonderful and if I could give them 6 stars I would.

The breakfast was plentiful with both Western and Chinese options, and it was delicious. The hotel's location is very convenient. It's just a short walk to the bus and subway. The room was clean. After dinner, you can take a leisurely stroll to Cuihu Park.

Great location, right next to Nanping Pedestrian Street and Kunming Old Street, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. It's also close to Dongfeng Square subway station, so transportation is a breeze. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room layout is comfortable, the bedding is very cozy, and the soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy. The front desk service was warm and attentive. Very satisfied!
