Indoor Hotel

Indoor Hotel 云朵·里酒店 is located right next to Kunming Old Street, just about a five-minute walk to the entrance. We originally booked a business twin room, but upon arrival, the front desk staff has upgraded us to a larger room on complimentary basis. Although it was still a twin room, the space was much bigger than expected! We could open and lay out three medium-sized suitcases on the floor and still have plenty of room to move around. The shower and toilet were separated, and all the necessary toiletries were provided. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, along with four bottles of mineral water, two bottled drinks, as well as instant Yunnan coffee and tea bags. On that night, maybe we were just too tired after shopping at Kunming old streets, or maybe the beds were just that comfortable — either way, we fell asleep almost instantly. The hotel also offers a simple buffet breakfast. While it can’t be compared to a five-star hotel in terms of quality, it’s definitely enough to fill you up. They had all the basics: congee, rice noodles, steamed buns, fried rice, toast, fruits, soy milk, tea, and cakes. The only regret is they don’t serve coffee at their dining room. Since I preferred having a cup of coffee in the morning, I took a few small desserts and enjoyed them slowly at the ground floor lobby. The ground floor lobby also provides free flow of tea, coffee, and even soft serve ice cream! Although this hotel isn’t large, it has everything you need. The cleanliness and overall environment were also well maintained. It is not that far from Wuyi Road Train Station 五一路站, but due to the narrow and uneven walking pathways, we decided to take didi to the airport instead.

Good location just 5 min walking distance to Main Street of the city , friendly stuff , room very nice and quite. Highly recommended

This hotel provides outstanding service with friendly staff and a delightful breakfast. Guests can enjoy the beautiful rooftop garden, as well as complimentary ice cream and beverages available at the counter.

The building is a little run down some spots in the room. Over all is ok
