Holiday Inn KUNMING CITY CENTRE by IHG

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Kunming City Centre. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect, right in the city centre with easy access to shopping and dining. Highly recommended!

Comfortable mattress linens and pillows, spacious bathroom full of amenities. Close to mrt and spring city mall. Dated fitness and swimming pool.

First time in Kunming and stay 3 nights here. Location is within walking distance from Dongfeng Sq and Tuodong metro stations, although from/to Tuodong will need to cross major intersection with pedestrian bridges and is not ideal if you bring big heavy luggages. Really appreciate the complimentary upgrades to much bigger suite room, helps a lot with our 2 big luggages. At this price point, this hotel has an indoor swimming pool, and this is one of the main reasons. Breakfast has lots of variety and is pretty good, I tried the salad and like the dressings so much, hope it's self-made. There's also rose-infused honey for the fried mantou, love the fusion. The major attraction closest to the hotel is Spring City 66 mall, which has a cinema and we watched "Once upon a time in Middle East" while in Kunming. Thanks also to Chris at reception for recommending places to go/do, her english is like oasis in a dessert hehe...

International Hotel. Helpful and professional service at the reception. Have a robot doing regular cleaning and delivery of our parcel. Good.

The hotel is centrally located near two hospitals. It is walking distance to 南屏步行街 (Nanping Street). We are very thankful for the free room upgrade. The breakfast spread is good and delicious.

Everything was fine, especially for the price-quality ratio but probabaly cannot be considered a 5 stars hotel, maximum 3 or 4 stars but with that price it's okay

The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. They upgraded our room and were always ready to provide us with local directions. The hotel is central located and a stones throw from major markets and eating places. Beautiful location.

good location. however hotel is very dated - clean, but old. the air conditioning was VERY WEAK!!! made the whole room feel stuffy :( even tho i blasted it at 18C - it was definitely not 18C; woke up a few times cos it was so hot view is from the shopping mall nearby

Very convenient location , just right next to the Mall which have everything, restaurants, cafe , supermarkets etc . Price also reasonable .
