What a great find! Location is wonderful, service was the best during our entire Yunnan trip. Level 3 even has a DIY laundry area. Breakfast selection is wide and good. Rooms were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. Even had a gift from the hotel upon check out. Compliments to the reception staff 周金丽 and 单欣玉. Highly recommend this hotel!

ocation - Right next to the Jinma Biji Square but well shielded from the traffic noise. Short 5min walk across the busy Jinbi road to the Nanqiang Food Street. The location can't be beat. Hospitality. What can I say. The staff were very helpful. There were free afternoon canapés, popcorn, coffee and the local rose petal pastry. At night, porridge was brought to our room for supper. Breakfast sets needed to be preordered the evening before. Mainly local selection, except for one western offering. When we returned after a day's out, there was a bucket in the room ready to soak your tied legs in. Very localised service. Kudos! Room. The room was modern and well maintained. Very comfortable beds and good working air conditioning. Only downside was there was no view. Our room looked across a narrow alleyway to the next building. But not really an issue for us as sound proofing was quite good. We really enjoyed staying here. Can't recommend it enough.

The location is very convenient, with many dining options nearby and a walking street just across the road from the hotel. The service staff member, Ms. 陈正芳, provided excellent service and was very helpful.

Very nice hotel and clean. The room was amazingly comfortable and their service was exceptional. They provided a foot soak in my room as perks and I was impressed. The breakfast choices were yummy too It was a very nice stay and the service was exceptional esp in the staff shaoxi:) she helped to pick up my taobao purchase and brought me to collect as well ;) Definitely will stay here next time

Everything is good and room is clean and laundry room is available at 3rd floor free to use there's daily breakfast is good and near to jinbi Square lots of malls and cafe and restaurants and shops

We recently stayed at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the main shopping area, making it incredibly accessible to shops, malls, and the main shopping district. Upon arrival, I was a bit unsure of how to navigate to the hotel, but the staff went above and beyond by coming out to fetch me—such a nice gesture! I had a parcel delivered to the hotel before my arrival, and though one of them didn’t arrive on time, the staff was very helpful and even contacted the delivery person on my behalf. The room was nice and clean, just as expected. However, there was a slight cigarette smell in the toilet, which I believe was due to the connected ventilation with the neighboring room. This hotel is part of the same chain where we stayed in Dali, and it offers the same 118 heartwarming services that we loved. We only stayed for one night this time, but we'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is centrally located and it is very convenient to the night market and malls. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, and clean. Staff are attentive, polite, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good, convenient location - walkable to many food and shopping streets, although no direct roadside drop off at the hotel so those with large luggage will need to note that some luggage lifting and dragging across stone path is required. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Room is comfortable and clean - well equipped with toiletries (disposable face towels and toilet cover!) and charging cable. Couple of recommendations - Add a second armchair to properly sit and enjoy the tea provided 😌, and would be better to designate one entire floor as non-smoking if indoor smoking is allowed.

Location: generally great, it’s hidden in an alley so the first time might be hard to locate. But the hotel is near many shops and streets. Staff are amazing and what made our stay so enjoyable. They always go out of their way to attend to our needs, even sending our delivery food up to our room for us! Housekeeper also left us a tub to soak our feet after a long day. It’s the small details they go a long way. I’ll definitely choose this hotel to stay in the next time I’m in Kunming!’

An odd location at first walking the 15 mins from Metro direct to airport, inside a mock-ancient shopping mall. Once inside the lobby it is an oasis of calm and sophisticated serenity with modern facilities. From the main entrance it’s only twenty paces to a beautiful square in central Kunming and ten minutes to the buzzing food courts and some great specialty restaurants, bars and night time shopping. A half hour walk to Green Lake and the main zen Buddhist temple makes for a great place to explore Kunming. The room was compact but stylish and with great walk in shower and ensuite, plus a fabulous TV with all film and Tv options. Breakfast is chosen the day before and there are five combinations all beautifully and personally presented whatever time you descend. More than anything the hotel staff are wonderful - despite language barriers they made every effort to provide for my needs in a very polite but efficient way, including showing how the Tv worked and changing the remote control while I was out, as battery was clearly low. Thoroughly recommend this hotel which was excellent value for money.
