What an amazing hotel. Right in front of the green lake. The service, kindness and level of english of the staff is amazing. Really enjoyed my stay 😍

Location next to 翠湖公园 and shopping and eateries.
Feel relaxing just strolling at 翠湖公园 。 there are seagulls..beautiful. close to 云南映像。

Location is perfect (right next to Emerald lake), breakfast is really good, service is flawless and the room is large. Easy to recommend.

For Kunming this hotel is a fantastic pick as it’s got so much history- one of the oldest hotels made beautifully. Think extravagant 90s Vegas hotels (for those that know hah)
The breakfast buffet is very good- has all you need and more even some Thai curry. It’s got a great selection of local specialties from their rice noodles to their rose petal jam and goat cheese. Omelette and egg station that’ll feed those nonadventurous friends 😆
I would choose to come back again just because for family and visiting purposes it’s very central, my elderly relatives would enjoy it as it’s on the lake and great for walks and exploring the area - military school museum and plenty of coffee shops.
Plus fantastic for Jetlag you can wake up at 5 am and go for a run it’s only a mile around the lake!

It is an absolutely gorgeous hotel for the whole family! Super clean , the breakfast is super good with traditional rice noodle and all varieties. The room service is impeccable and especially the 管家team with Mr. He , 小鹏、阿娇、小俊、小泉, they have taken things a step further to exceed expectations! I Will definitely come back!

This is our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, has a lot of amenities and front desk is very friendly. Our room is clean, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of variety and delicious. We definitely will stay again and would strongly recommend to others.

Excellent location. Directly facing the Green Lake. Hotel's decoration is classic French. Room size is good but a bit run down. Shower is leaking water. Compare to other 5 stars foreign branded hotels, still got some distance to catchup. But do feel the heart of the management as they provide you with complimentary snacks and drinks (got beer). Also some dessert soup before sleep.

Lovely hotel very well located, spacious and clean room full of amenities (fresh fruit refill, good quality shampoo and conditioner), rooms are designed in early 20th century style. The green lake park is 100m away from the hotel. Highly recommended!

Old grand hotel next to Green Lake. Hotel room small for the price. No one to greet you at the front when arriving. Not happy I will probably not stay again.

This was an absolutely lovely stay. The room was clean, and when the staff cleaned the room while I was out, they went above and beyond, organizing everything, and everything perfect.
The staff was fantastic and very attentive, especially Sherry Aaron (thank you so much for everything!). Location, staff, rooms were all wonderful. Highly recommend.
