The front desk service was excellent. The room was clean and hygienic. The front desk staff even helped us with a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was fantastic! It offers great value for money. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. Hot water from the shower was instant. The Wi-Fi signal was also very good. Highly recommended!

Pros : 1) Close to subway station. 2) Convenience shop next to hotel 3) Room is spacious 4) Bed is comfortable Con : 1) Breakfast was simple local fare 2) No safe or fridge 3) Room cleanliness can be improved 4) Quilt/blanket was not warm enough We will not stay in the hotel again. Not recommended

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the subway. I stayed for several days and found the facilities to be top-notch.

The rooms are quite spacious, and there's plenty of parking, which is really convenient for getting around. There's a night market nearby where you can find lots of delicious food. It's only 2km from New Asia Sports City and about 4km from Guandu Ancient Town, so everything is pretty close.

This is my go-to hotel. It's super convenient as it's located near a local wet market and right next to a subway station. The service is consistently excellent, as always. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Thank you for the upgraded projection room. It's very comfortable. I also sent meal coupons, but I couldn't get up. Thank you very much, sister. I've been doing Wyndham for many years. It's the first time I've experienced Vienna acquired by state-owned enterprises. It's also very good. I'll come back.

I called the front desk and asked them to dry my clothes and deliver them to my room. They promised, but they never did. The clothes were left in the laundry basket before they were even dry. When I got back that night, the clothes smelled terrible, with a sour odor. At 4 AM, I took the smelly clothes to wash again. While they were being spun dry, another guest took them out to wash their own clothes first. When I went back upstairs, I found my clothes back in the laundry basket, and I'm sure they were taken out before the washing time was up. Is it reasonable for such a large hotel to only have two washing machines?

The hygiene was appalling. It cost nearly 300 yuan a night, and I found the sheets so dirty when I went to bed.

I have stayed at this hotel more than ten times. The hotel can verify this if they wish to refute my claims. First, regarding the air conditioning: it's completely useless, utterly ineffective. I don't know why a hotel's central air conditioning is never turned on; it's practically nonexistent. You can only hear the wind blowing, but there's no temperature whatsoever. It's nonexistent in winter and nonexistent in summer. It's truly outrageous. The room temperature display showed 25 degrees Celsius, the air conditioner was preset to 18 degrees Celsius, and after running all afternoon, the room temperature showed 28 degrees Celsius. Second, regarding the room: the room door has a gap and can't be closed tightly. Due to the high floor, the wind blows into the corridor and onto the door, making a whistling sound. Isn't that outrageous?
