The hotel environment is great, full of European style. Special thanks to the front desk staff who were very enthusiastic, and the doorman was very helpful and provided excellent service. The breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of options. I'm satisfied and would definitely come back again.

A very good hotel. Checking in was a breeze by a bespectacled smiley young man (I think his name is Li) and a pretty young lady whom I didn’t get her name. Service is great from Zoey and Eva. Zoey added me on WeChat immediately upon check-in and asked me to contact her for any needs. She is very helpful and kind. Eva sent us off and helped us with our luggages when we were leaving for the airport. The unlimited hot spring usage is truly amazing. All in all, a remarkable experience. The only area for improvement that I can think of is probably the breakfast in terms of taste, variety and speed of replenishing the food. Waiters, waitresses and the cooks (especially the auntie at both the noodles and egg stations) were awesome though. Thank you everyone at W.

The hotel is located on a small hill, not far from the airport. The bathroom and toilet are on opposite sides, and the room is large, clean, well soundproofed, and quiet. However, the bedside lamp is a bit too bright, and surprisingly, there are no hooks or clotheslines inside the bathroom (though there are some by the bathroom door). Breakfast is plentiful. The decor is Western style. The mattress is a little soft.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk and breakfast staff were very enthusiastic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

The space is huge, and having the sink, toilet, and shower all separate is so convenient. Plus, there's a TV in both the living room and the bedroom, so I can watch what I want and the kids can watch what they want, with absolutely no conflicts.

A perfect vacation experience! I was amazed by the castle-like exterior upon check-in, and the lobby was luxurious yet welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with bedding so soft I fell asleep instantly. The floor-to-ceiling windows also offered a panoramic view of Kunming. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, ranging from authentic Yunnanese 'Xiaoguo Mixian' to Western pastries. The staff provided excellent and thoughtful service, proactively helping with luggage and recommending local attractions. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming! And a special shoutout to Ray at the front desk, his service was exceptional; I'll be sure to book with him next time too.

I originally came to Kunming for a hot spring getaway because I was bored. I stumbled upon this hotel while searching, and since the price for two hot spring tickets was about the same as a night at the hotel, I booked it. The hotel is very large and well-equipped. The front desk service was excellent, and any issues we had during check-in were promptly addressed by sending someone to help. The hot spring area is also spacious and fully equipped, with good service from the staff. Breakfast was decent, but I hope they'll add cold milk and perhaps a robot delivery service, as getting takeout can be a bit inconvenient. I plan to come back after the summer holidays, as it's too crowded right now.

The exterior decoration is exquisite, featuring a French chateau style that's perfect for photos – you'll definitely impress your friends on social media. The interior of the rooms is equally elegant and beautiful, clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. It's incredibly cozy. The staff's service attitude is also excellent; they are always responsive and speak softly and politely to guests. They proactively helped us upgrade our room and recommended local food and attractions. I'll definitely come back next time!

Miss Milla, the front desk manager at Yihau Castle Wyndham Grand, provided exceptional service. She arranged complimentary breakfast, hot springs access, and fruit. Visiting during the off-season would be even better, as the summer crowds were still quite large. The massive hot spring pool spans 500 meters, allowing health-conscious individuals to soak in the mugwort and Miao medicine pools until they break a sweat.

Extremely satisfied with this stay, it was truly excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. The staff were warm and attentive, there were many hot springs pools which were all very clean, and the facilities were great and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Service: This is where it really shines. They called me in advance and added me on WeChat to arrange my room. Milla provided excellent service.

This trip to Yunnan was just me and my baby, and the main goal was freedom and comfort. This hotel is so special! As soon as my baby entered, she was captivated by the hotel's French classical castle-themed decor. Thanks to Milla for preparing all the baby essentials, it was so thoughtful!

I stumbled upon this hotel after visiting the Yunnan Provincial Museum, still undecided on where to stay. Seeing so many positive reviews, I booked it without hesitation. It turned out to be a great choice; the drive there was easy, and the lobby was opulent with a grand, European-style feel! The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff greeted us with smiles, even upgrading our room. The hotel was clean and well-maintained; for just over 400 yuan, it was an absolute steal! Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's very convenient if you're driving, taking only about half an hour to reach downtown. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, satisfying different tastes from all over. All in all, this was the best value-for-money hotel I found between Chengdu and Kunming. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming!

First of all, a big thank you to the front desk for upgrading our room! The room exceeded our expectations – it was spacious, bright, and the bedding was very comfortable. The view was great, and it was nice and quiet. All the staff were incredibly warm and polite. There's a wide variety of activities available, including a hot spring and a kids' club, which my little one absolutely loved.
