Very nice hotel to be close to East bus station (8-10 minute didi) and airport (20-25 min didi). A few good restaurants across the street within walking distance. Not much else around but it was very good for us for a short stay because the room was sizable and comfortable. This hotel is only the top 4 floors of this tall building. The lower floors are for a different hotel which shares the ground for check in. I might consider the other hotel next time as I saw that it’s much cheaper with similar looking rooms online but I think Green Tree was pretty good price anyway. We were gifted free breakfast but I thought the breakfast selection was not worth paying for.

The price is also very favorable, only 18 yuan/person is needed. In Kunming, Yunnan, a special rice noodle needs a minimum of 13 yuan. So the small price is really very affordable.
