The front desk staff was really very helpful as our plan landed early in the morning. They help us checked with early check-in, etc

The staffs in the front desk are polite and helpful . I want to express my special thanks to Stephen because he helps us a lot in arranging all the local trip. The minor staffs in each floor are always hardworking and also helpful in answering our questions. The environment and the facilities of the hotel are very good.

Amazing location. Our stay at the hotel was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was truly intercontinental and delicious. The Spa was breathtaking and relaxing. The concierge service was really helpful with luggage and delivery service. We’re definitely coming back when we travel back to Kunming.

This has been our go-to hotel for a chill staycation. We always end up happy and satisfied. The only thing that either a hits or a miss is the air conditioning. During our latest stay, we set the temperature to 16 degrees Celsius but it still felt so hot in the room. Overall, still a decent hotel. 👍

五星級酒店的設施衞生等自不必説，服務態度熱情周到值得稱讚👏！雖然在開發區位置較偏，但是樓下就是購物中心，購物餐飲設施很多。不遠處就是老滇山寨，超讚的餐廳。另外開車到滇池的海埂公園衹要25分鐘，也不是很遠。還有停車場，方便自駕人羣利用。

作為萬豪旗下的酒店，昆明這家喜來登酒店讓我感到十分不愉快！ 首先：入住時候，辦理十分不順暢，前台態度十分冷漠，並且到時交代過14點退房，然而退房當天十二點就刷不進房卡！ 還有就是交代前台辦理兩張房卡，東問西問，十分不樂意！ 其次是衞生問題：我每天都按着立即打掃，不但沒人理，還需要我打電話去中心喊人來打掃，而且打掃不乾淨！垃圾也不幫收！（並不是外賣，還是在他們酒店點的送餐）！ 最讓我生氣的是，我的車在停在他們酒店的期間被人撞了，並不知道是誰撞的，我在要他們酒店處理時，酒店告知我那個地方攝像頭看不清楚，讓我自己報警處理！我多次交涉以後，他們隨便給我一個人的電話叫我自己打電話跟別人聯繫，聯繫後發現那個人並不是撞我車的人，後酒店開始推脱，叫我報警處理，我報警後警察告訴我處理不了，叫我找酒店！！！！真是欺人太甚！我已向萬豪總部投訴！希望這個酒店能夠保障消費者權益！真是令人失望的一次入住！！！！！大家選擇他家時候多多考慮，以免像我一樣糟心！

酒店整體設施比較新，整體環境也比較好，我們訂的是親子房，孩子無敵喜歡，在房間裏可以玩滑梯、鞦韆、木馬……可以解放爸媽了，房間裏各種小童馬桶、小童牙刷等都準備了，很貼心。酒店的配套設施也比較全，泳池，健身房，還有早餐也比較豐盛，服務人員比較專業到位，看我們帶孩子還可以給送了一份餐食。點贊👍

酒店整體設施比較新，整體環境也比較好，位置比較適中，離我們小區的各個景點都在周邊，而且酒店旁邊有一個商場，裏面的東西應有盡有，酒店的配套設施也比較全，泳池，健身房，還有早餐也比較豐盛，服務人員比較專業到位，看我們帶孩子還可以給送了一份早餐。

設施：還算比較齊全，該有的都有 衞生：無死角，很安心 環境：酒店周圍沒什麼景，但還算安靜 服務：酒店門口在裝修，才辦理入住前台Tricia就貼心的提醒了我，還給我安排了一個比較安靜的房間，完全聽不見，表揚她！ 總結，此次入住還算舒心，喜來登的服務沒得説，一如既往的好

喜來登一貫的品質在線 房間很舒適，恆温泳池有小朋友的淺水區，玩得很開心！ 早餐很豐富，且品質特別好！ 工作人員服務很好，主動幫忙提行李！ 酒店旁邊是商場，吃飯購物很方便！

也不知道這家喜來登怎麼入的萬豪系，非常不滿意的體驗 1.泳池只有1.2m，並且酒店訊息裏沒標註説明，本來也是衝著泳池訂的酒店，以後不會再來。 2.第一天入住無線網絡經常自己就斷了，第一天都用手機熱點。 3.歡迎水果有壞的。 4.隔音很差，隔壁插拔充電頭聽得非常清楚。 5.洗衣服的阿姨敲門，我問幹嘛，阿姨也沒沒有應答，我立馬去開門，但也不等我去門口開門，阿姨自行開門，也就敲了兩次門根本來不及去開門，太不尊重客人私隱了吧。 6.床頭充電部分一個插酒店鬧鐘，一個插小度，客人完全無法充電。當然我可以拔下來充，但是正常喜來登酒店不應該設計的這麼不合理。 7.淋浴間在我用手持花灑的時候，頂層淋浴花灑在滴涼水。2020年的裝修現在就這麼爛了嗎。
