The Hotel is very good.
Nice modern room, clean and well maintained.
Good strong hot water.
I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Kunming Railway Station.
However due to the local one way streets it was a bit difficult to get to as traffic is horrific around it but we managed.
I would recommend this hotel.

A great little hotel a short walk from the main train station. We only stayed one night and probably wouldn't recommend an extended stay there only because the area is not very pleasant - more of a location for business and short stopovers. For extended stays better to stay further north near the lake and park. But otherwise this place has everything you need. Helpful service and good amenities.

Excellent hotel in very convenient location. The reception staff are extremely helpful. Very clean bedding and towels. The price is great!

Staff was not helpful, maybe bacause of language barrier. Maybe understandable. Really close to Kunming Station.
