Vienna International Hotel (Kunming Xinluoshiwan South Bus and Subway Station)

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here. Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in. The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why. Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.

酒店周邊設施及停車很方便，前台工作人員禮貌大方服務都很不錯，因為有事在外來不及回酒店退房讓前台給延遲退房時間也很爽快的答應了！非常感謝。然後酒店對客人私隱保護也都做的非常好，房間也是住的非常舒服滿意

早餐味道很好，酒店位置距離地鐵站很近，附近新螺螄灣購物買東西很方便，房間非常乾淨整潔，前台服務很好，送的茶包味道很好。除此之外服務特別到位，衞生間很乾凈，床單被子乾淨整潔無污漬，價錢親民非常合適。

站台的小夥子和小姑娘都很不錯，服務熱情，還有個專門送東西的機器人很nice！房間很乾凈，特別是衞生間，鏡子啊，馬桶什麼的都抹的很乾凈。我定的房間靠小區，晚上睡覺關上窗子房間超級安靜。早餐在27樓一邊看風景一邊吃早餐安逸得很，

房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格簡約時尚，工作人員服務態度很好，電梯口遇到還主動幫忙拿行李，早餐品種豐富，味道不錯，特別是米線的味道很地道，跟官渡小鍋米線如出一轍

酒店位置很好找 進去以後前台小姐姐態度非常好 房間裏面設施非常齊全 第一次來住 非常不錯 順便説一下 他們酒店早餐很好吃 種類也非常多 性價比很高👍👍👍👍👍

他們家入住體驗挺好的，房間非常乾淨，床品舒適，早餐是自助的，比較豐富，位置就在螺螄灣旁邊，交通也便利。前台服務也很好，有問題及時給處理，這點讓我感覺非常貼心。

和朋友一起出來玩住這裏，房間乾淨，衞生，該有的設施設備都有，床很舒服，光線很好，網速也好，住的很舒心，早餐種類多，很豐富，味道也很不錯！

酒店地理位置很好，旁邊就是地鐵站和汽車站，出行方便，離螺螄灣商貿城也很近，購物也比較方便，服務人員都很熱情，很滿意，值得推薦！
