The room was excellent, and our children absolutely loved their stay. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, very close to Haigang Dam and just a 50-meter walk to a great food street. Public transport access is also very convenient. We'll definitely be back! The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities and general environment were great. Being street-facing, it has a convenient side entrance. A shared kitchen with a microwave is also available for guests to use. The small garden offers a pleasant view. You'll find plenty of dining options directly across the street, and Haigeng Dam is just a short walk over the road. Parking is convenient if you're driving, but just be aware that the alley leading to the guesthouse is quite narrow.

Haigeng Dam is directly across the street, and in the evenings, there are plenty of food options right at its doorstep. The guesthouse also boasts a charming courtyard where you can relax with tea, chat, watch the fish, play games, or simply read. There are even many birds, and one of the mynahs can talk! The only minor downsides were that the electrical wiring showed signs of age and potential short-circuiting, and the air conditioner was a bit noisy. If these were addressed, it would be absolutely perfect!

You can find breakfast options right across the street, and there's also a mushroom hotpot restaurant. The mushroom chicken soup there was absolutely delicious, though it was a little pricey.

It's closer to the dam and very reasonably priced. **Facilities:** The room was on the second floor. There's an elevator available for guests with luggage, but we chose to take the stairs. Inside, the room was equipped with air conditioning, and a full set of toiletries was provided. The shower and toilet were separate, and the shower had both hot and cold water with excellent pressure, making for a very comfortable experience! The bedding was cozy, the TV allowed screen mirroring, and there was even a small balcony, perfect for hanging up washed clothes. **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean! They even provided disposable toilet seat covers. On the second day, the cleaning staff proactively asked if we needed housekeeping. **Environment:** The surrounding area is pleasant and comfortable, being very close to the dam. Despite the B&B being located by the roadside, it was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep! Directly opposite, there are numerous restaurants. We could also rent electric bikes to explore and shop at Park 1903. Wetland Park was just a short walk away. Going for a morning run outside was incredibly refreshing! **Service:** Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Bottled drinking water was provided daily. Overall, this is an excellent and highly recommended B&B! It truly allowed us to enjoy a relaxing two-day stay near Haigeng Dam. We'll definitely be back when the seagulls arrive in winter!

We booked a standard room, but the owner kindly upgraded us to a family room for free. Our stay was wonderful; the room was quiet and clean. Our kids absolutely loved being able to chat with the parrot every day as we came and went. The hotel is also conveniently located, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.
