Hotel Kunshan dengan Spa

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Hotel and enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet. We also want to underline the very friendly stuff who gave us the possibility to store our bikes. Thank you.

Very close to big shopping center. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. No swimming pool and breakfast was very Chinese oriented. Not very international. Would for sure stay here next time.

Nice hotel with great service and facilities. The breakfast menu needs to add for the vegetarians.

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

Love this Hotel. Discovered it during Covid, when we were not allowed to leave Suzhou! Hospitality is top. The kids love the outside pool, the main reson we stay at Fairmont every year during the Summer Holidays for a few days. The indoor Playground is for me too small, too hot, but, for FREE and my kids age 6-10 can enjoy themselves nevertheless, for hours there! There is a small farm, archery, Go-cart, but we went only once, a bit expensive, the outside pool is enough for them! 喜欢这家酒店。 客户服务非常客气。 孩子们喜欢外面的游泳池，这是我们每年暑假都会住Fairmont几天的主要原因。 室内游乐场对我来说太小，太热，但是，免费的，我6-10岁的孩子们还是在那可以玩几个小时！ 有一个小农场，射箭，卡丁车，但我们只去了一次，有点贵，外面的游泳池就足够了！

看F1 比賽的性價比之王，在周邊都是翻倍的情況下，這個真的是看3天比賽的首選，位置離上賽就20多分鐘地鐵，還是反向坐車避開人流，我已經回到酒店我朋友還擠不上去嘉定新城方向的地鐵，酒店步行至地鐵口10分鐘也挺方便的，周邊吃的也多，明年看比賽還會選擇這家，老闆人也很好👍

設施：新裝修的酒店，設施齊全嶄新無異味，床墊特別舒服。服務：服務很好，還幫我免費升級房型，房間空間很大。衞生：乾淨整潔無死角。環境：周邊配套完善，有餐廳足浴，免費停車場。性價比高，值得推薦！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

來招待朋友，就選了這家酒店，一進門看到崑山馬拉松的宣傳大屏幕，挺有動感！大堂在7樓，很新穎，看着像是裝修不久的新酒店，值得認可的是沒有裝修的味道，房間裏也非常乾淨，床品也不錯，餐廳也很大氣，外賣也是機器人送的，房間也是智能語音控制的有“小度小度”，健身房和洗衣房使用很方便，很有設計感的，服務員很友善，值得推薦！！！
