Our hotel of choice in Kupang: from the receptionists to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff, the level of service is outstanding. The rooms are always perfectly clean and everything is in working order. Great value for money

The hotel still brand new and still in the soft opening period, that explained no 24 hours room service and short service time in some of the outlets but it’s was really good stayed, the staff was really helpful and informative specially the lady who help me during the check in time, really professional (sorry forgot to ask the name), the breakfast also really good with various option including some locals delicacies, definitely will be back again.

Located about 20 minutes drive from the airport, not much as of view to see from the hotel other than some land and rooftops (it is basically in the middle of the town). Breakfast was with many varieties but nothing was really special. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The hotel was newly built. When there was an event in the hotel you can hear the music noise quite late at night. Also other guests talking loudly right on the hallway so if you are light sleeper I have to warn you of those.

A very nice hotel in Kupang city. Very neat and clean bedroom, the blankets is wery thick and warm. Fast wifi access and they also have smart tv with cool gadget like google nest. The staf were friendly, profesional and always greets us throughout my stay at Harper

As soon as you walk into the lobby area you will be grated by warm and friendly smile from the doorman. The bed is so comfortable with high quality bedding and pillows that suck you in! The restaurant serves great food we eat here a few times and found the value for money was brilliant with quality local ingredients and food that melts in your mouth! Breakfast was just unforgettable! Overall the service was just amazing, every staff member has been so helpful friendly and just ready serve making the experience even better than I expected Thank you so much for your hospitality

I have a nice stay while in Harper Kupang. The hotel is very nice, very modern and kind feels like homey. The staff were very helpful and friendly, also always eager to help. The food in the restaurant were variant and delicious. The room is quite spacious and clean, the bed is comfy, i also like the google nest that have many funtion. Overall everything was good

As a new hotel in Kupang, this an ecellent place to stay. Fast check in and delicious breakfast. New Modern-techno facilities as well. We got amazing ambience and the staff are very helpful. Definitely I will come back thank youuu for the service!

One of the best hotel in town, start fron the staff was so helpfully and than the room was clean and big, the facility from the hotel was amazing infinity pool, proper gym and also the restaurant. The view from was nice as well. Last but not least their reception so kind, they will give you free upgrade room when available. Thankyou harper kupang keep it up

The location of the hotel is great. The brekfast were amazing. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic city view. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful especially Mr. Alfian who help bring all my luggage to my room and very kindly explain about new gadget named google nest.
