Service really spectacular, they gave us free upgrade on our 2nd day, accommodating to our requests, but maybe improve the amenities you can offer like gym/spa

The hotel is conveniently located. The swimming pool has a view of the beach, but it takes ten minutes to get to the beach. The breakfast was good and you could see the swimming pool and the beach. The room has a sea view, but the facilities are a bit old; The worst thing is that when taking a shower, the water is too weak!

In our opinion, the hotel offers suitable swimming facilities, but when we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that to use our pool facilities, we were asked to rent swimwear, while we were already wearing proper clothes for swimming... Class A*ton s*tis and h*rper, it's fine with the clothes we use....but crystal is not allowed...as a result our children can't play in the pool because there's no one to look after it...well the point is for those who don't want to spend double the money, well it's not recommended here. .. Go straight to a hotel that is a bit more expensive but the rooms and other facilities are all appropriate...so that you feel happy for your vacation, stay awake...🙏

Saya sekeluarga berlibur di Kupang dan kami sangat senang menginap di hotel berbintang di Kota Kupang. Layanannya sangat memuaskan, apalagi makananannya sangat enak. Hotelnya lengkap dengan fasilitas kolam renang yang aman bagi anak-anak saya. pokoknya mantab hotel Kristal Kupang.

Lamar Batman, bed sangat nyaman Kita sekaligus selanggarakan scars pernikahan dan service bay luar biasa. Excellent!! Buffet breakfast also banyan varian dan dog anti tail Jari Swimming pool and view spot on. Definitely will come back and recommend to colleagues. Special thanks to Pa Olfis, Jitro, Budi, Chef Ibi.
