一点残念なのは、事前のチェックインに必要な情報が不足していたことです。
今回利用が初めてだったので、2日前にメールで来ていた内容でチェックイン出来るか電話でも直接確認して、再度必要な情報を送ってもらいましたが、残念ながらIDやテンキーコードなどの情報が不足しており、現地到着後に待つことになりました。
この点は、大きな改善点だと思いますが、電話が繋がった後は丁寧な対応を頂きました。

The Green Rich in Kurashiki was a nice hotel in between the Bikan District and Train Station. The hotel has parking for vehicles. The lobby was on the second floor I believe, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The rooms were very nice and modern with all the amenities that usually come with Japanese hotels. We slept great and really enjoyed our stay here. The price was pretty reasonable as well considering the location.

第一次與家人來倉敷岡山玩了幾天，入住可可大酒店3天，商務酒店，住宿體驗很好，今次分配的房間，可看到倉敷市景，房間潔淨整齊，房型空間足夠，開29寸行李箱也空間足夠。職員十分有禮，酒店鄰近倉敷站，步行約5-6分鐘，位置方便。附近有便利商店，食肆，也靠近許多倉敷景點，倉敷車站近outlet，購物方便，父母與家人住得很開心！

Wonderful hotel, next to the train station and an easy walk into the old quarter, with excellent amenities including free bikes and an in-room breakfast set-up including coffee and bagel and cream cheese. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, eager to share information about the charming city of Kurashiki. Spacious, spotless, pleasantly decorated rooms. I hope to return someday.

Service was amazing. I was able to leave my luggage with a personalized code lock in a separate room prior to check in. The staff member drew on a map to let me know the things I would like to see and how to best get there. Turns out she did a brief study/work trip in Toronto so we had something in common to talk about. Other members were just as friendly, even without knowing English and very patient with my limited Japanese. I will go out of my way to stay here in the future.

Centurion Hotel & Spa Kurashiki Station Wow, can they do rooms any smaller? I doubt they can! Superior Queen, more like Sub-par roomelet! 😰😰😰 Bathroom is for teenagers up to 16 years, but smaller size! Hot water flow, extremely slow, takes 30-45 minutes to fill bathtub Desk is what you give a 10 year old, bed is for vertically handicapped! Closet, none existing, Minibar fridge, didn’t even know they make such small size? Plus cooling, NOT cold Hotel elevator sign says, only 1 elevator, and NO STAIRCASE! Good luck in emergency Carpark, not available, but not entirely bad, 80 m walk, and covered, little discount by hotel WiFi, a little wonky & not too fast, sad in todays time & age, actually went off line twice within an hour! Really poor Ok, update, I formed Rezeption and they gave a Mobile WiFi router, must give them a 100 points for acknowledging the issue & being proactive! 👍🏻 With so many negatives and some positives, it’s only fair to highlight the amazing & friendly attitude of the Hotel Staff, they are giving their best with the product the have! Kudos to them! Breakfast, not bad, quite fresh, but all melanin and/or plastic except coffee cups!

PPengguna Tetamu倉敷南部の山中を、ナビを頼りに走って行くと少し盆地状の敷地に、大きな駐車場を構えたホテル山桃花が現れました。 見た目より、結構大きなホテル。コロナ対策の為、検温器、アルコール消毒容器具の設置 チェックイン時「コロナ対応のお願の説明」を受け一寸安心感が増します。 お部屋は３階「ベッドのある畳のお部屋」ですが、３階に在りながら窓の外のベランダスペースに「箱庭」が造ってあって、１階のお部屋と勘違いしそう。部屋は二人には充分な広さです。 温泉の泉質は、「単純弱放射能冷鉱泉」で無色透明。浴槽も大きく、打たせ湯、露天風呂もあり。私が入浴した時は、他に入浴客2人でユッタリのんびり出来ました。 私達のお願いした食事は「スタンダード懐石」、先付け～デザートまで１５品目の料理が出て来ました。食べきれない位、お腹いっぱい満足です。

PPengguna Tetamu8階フロアに一泊しました。 瀬戸大橋と島々が望める素晴らしい眺望です。 夜は橋を渡る車のライトが流れ、朝は雄大な景色と朝日を眺められ、時の経つのを忘れます。 お部屋は広く、使い勝手もとても良いです。 二食付きコースで夕食は和食でした。地元の食材を活かしたもので、どれも大変美味しく、特にコチの入ったお椀が絶品でした。 朝食は美味しかったのですが、パンのボリュームが少ないのと、少人数で回転させておられたので、何かお願いするのは気の引ける雰囲気だったのが少し残念でした。 全体に素晴らしいホテルでした。 レセプションのイタリアご出身の女性は日本語堪能でとても明るく、好印象でした。又伺う機会があればと思います。

PPengguna TetamuGreat location. A block away from the tourist area but far enough away to be away from the noise. Restaurants and convenience stores are a couple-minute walk away. This is obviously a hotel designed in the 80s with the large tall lobby and all the room doors facing the open air. You have the glass elevator and those in the lobby can people watch going up and down. Yes, the furnishings are a tad dated but well-maintained. We were amazed at the size of the room. The size was more like North American size than Japanese size. The bathroom and closet area ALONE could be the same size as some business hotel rooms I've been to in Japan. The Internet was fast. No problems with Netflix. The amenities were decent. If you need anything more, you can replenish in the lobby. Our room package included breakfast. It was decent enough. (Separate review) We got the parking space right beside the front doors, make sure you inform the front desk of your license plate. They do monitor. While I doubt we will come back to Kurashiki if I were, we would choose this hotel again.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel still functions as a 'love hotel'. The music and amenities made for a nice and romantic experience. It's a short walk from JR Kurashiki station. Breakfast is brought in the morning, which means that you can have breakfast in bed.

PPengguna Tetamu造船に携わる企業の保養所／ゲストハウスがルーツのリゾートホテル。瀬戸大橋開通に合わせ、児島に観光客の宿初施設がないから作って欲しいという要請から誕生したとの事です。当然観光のお客がメインですが、そのルーツから企業の研修や業務出張への対応など、ビジネス関連の使用にも抜かりはないようです。沈む夕日を眺めながらの夕食は、この値段でいいのかというボリューム。魚介類の鮮度も悪くなく、色々工夫をして頑張っておられる印象。部屋数が多く、休みともなれば家族連れも大勢やって来ますが、どうしようもないくらい騒々しいという事はなく、のんびりとした気持ちで過ごせます。 あとこちらのお宿ならではの売り物は、宿泊者限定の「造船所見学」。30分ほどの短いものですが、建造される船舶の想像以上の大きさ、施設の驚くほどの広さを感じる事ができます。これは造船に関わる会社だからこその企画です。ご興味がなくとも一見の価値あり。

PPengguna Tetamu全般的に清掃が行き届いており、好印象でしたが・・・ 連泊、夜勤の方と思われる方がビニール袋に入ったゴミをエレベーター前に置いておられました。起こされたくないでしょうからお気持ちは十分理解でき、ホテル側の配慮も伺えます。夜勤や起こされたくない方がゴミを出されるのであれば、このご時世ですので蓋付きゴミ箱の設置や袋の口をしっかり縛った出し方にルールづけされることを希望します。

急な延泊等に対応していただきとても助かりました。
部屋は本当に最小限の広さでしたが、立地から考えると…
フロントの方は親切で、夜中の外出等もきにせずできてよかったです。
