安心安定の東横インですので他の東横インと同様の設備で安心して滞在できました。駅と美観地区の中間ぐらいに位置して大変便利な場所にあります。周囲には飲食店も多数存在しますので食事処に困ることもありません。 大変快適に便利に滞在できました。

念願のアイビースクエアでの宿泊。 倉敷美観地区からも遠すぎないので良い！ フロントの方もとても親切で、安心いたしました。 館内には売店もあり、どれにしようか迷うほどのお土産がたくさん！お酒もあり、部屋飲みするかすごく悩みました。 お部屋もとっても綺麗で、倉敷美観地区を歩き回って疲れ切った身体をしっかり癒すことができました。 大浴場も満喫し、朝までぐっすり。 朝食も一階のブッフェで美味しいお料理をたくさんいただきました。ドリンクが色々あるのも魅力的。部屋に持ち帰れるのもよかったです。 駐車場は宿泊者は500円でとめられます。 また機会があれば是非利用させていただきたい施設です。

仕事で倉敷行く際には良く使わせて頂いてます。お気に入りのホテルです。清潔感あって、フロントの対応も優しいです。駐車場も併設されているので、凄く助かります。素泊まりしか利用した事がないのですが、機会があれば朝食も食べてみたいと思います。

ロケーションは目的に合っている中で最も良かったです❗️ 部屋も綺麗さも広さも満足です。 また使用させて頂きたいと思います❗️ 一点残念なのは、事前のチェックインに必要な情報が不足していたことです。 今回利用が初めてだったので、2日前にメールで来ていた内容でチェックイン出来るか電話でも直接確認して、再度必要な情報を送ってもらいましたが、残念ながらIDやテンキーコードなどの情報が不足しており、現地到着後に待つことになりました。 この点は、大きな改善点だと思いますが、電話が繋がった後は丁寧な対応を頂きました。

排水が詰まっていたので、お風呂の水が流れず困った。 ためては使ってないので。 枕はふたつ欲しいかな？と思う。 高さ調整出来ないので。 喫煙の部屋でしたが、 前の方がヘビースモーカーだったのか、空気清浄機もずっとつけていたのですが、あまりきかず、 においがすごかった。(紙巻きたばこ) 換気のためにお風呂を開けっ放しにしておいたら、 バスタオルが黄色くなってしまった。 かけていた服にもタバコのにおいがバッチリついてしまったので、 消臭スプレーを寝る前にかけてみました。 部屋自体は広くていつも通りなんですけど ちょっとキツすぎました。

Perfect location with link to the mall and Okayama JR station. The hotel staff was very helpful with my luggages as I was traveling with my mother. The only grouse is the lack of hanging spaces for the jackets and towels as there are only 3 hangers. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and international breakfast.

這家酒店有中文名字“旅館鶴形”攜程翻譯的繞口“日奧日克昂特斯吉塔酒店”當地人根本看不懂，造成我們中國人問路困擾！這是有超過300年的老建築改裝的旅館，就在小河畔旁邊，房間內衹有馬桶無法洗澡，所以設有公共男女浴池，早餐就是一般日式早餐，因為地方小所以要分時段用餐，下午5點后才可以入住，早上10點就必須退房，蠻奇怪的時段，但是服務是一流的，我們早到行李寄存，時間到入房行李都已經放好了，榻榻米純日式房間雖然是歷史建築物，但是一切還是井井有條不紊！倉敷是個小地方，旅館附近就是最熱鬧的觀光區了，很多有趣小店！

Naiki trem dari Stesen Okayama ke dua stesen, betul-betul di sebelah Stesen Shirha. Ia berdekatan dengan Istana Okayama, tetapi lokasinya agak menyusahkan. Kakitangan Nepal bertindak balas semasa daftar masuk, tetapi mereka tersenyum dan mesra. Sebaliknya, kakitangan Jepun berasa tidak ramah. Biliknya ok, tetapi kadang-kadang wifi tidak boleh disambungkan, yang sangat menyusahkan. Saya tidak mahu hidup dua kali.

Everything is perfect! Good location, impeccable service, cleanliness. It was nice to have access to a public bath and a massage chair. Thank you for the wonderful stay experience!

My husband and I chose the Uno Hotel because we wanted easy access to the art islands in the Seto Inland Sea. Hotel is a 3 or 4 minute easy walk to Uno Port which is the gateway to those islands. And ferry ride only about 15 minutes one-way. We expected the art islands to be great but this is a new hotel so we took a chance. Wow, what a wonderful experience on every level; the room, hotel team, restaurant, and the food was exceptional. The Uno Hotel is also within a 1 minute walk to a building which houses Onsen (hot springs baths and spa) and a Japanese restaurant, which they also own. (We did not have time to explore those but heard great things.) I could rave about the restaurant in the hotel called “Bluno” for days….we enjoyed breakfasts and dinners there - each superb with great attention-to-detail. A special treat was meeting restaurant manager Mr. Aran Teruo Pascual. He was kind, professional and personally makes one want to return in addition to the food and contemporary bright setting. The front desk team is warm, welcoming and attentive. When making a reservation I noticed there are multiple hotels or inns that have the name “Uno” in it so my suggestion is that you note that it is the Uno Hotel. I recommend higher floor on the water side, the hotel is not on the water, but lovely view. We look forward to returning.
