出張で利用しました。 いつもは、ビジネスホテルですが、ホステルは初めてでした洒落てていい感じでした。 価格が安めの割には、案外便利です 素泊まりでしたが、必要最低限のものはすべて揃っていて。 漫画本かなりおいてあり、暇つぶしもでき１Fには簡単なbarみたいなのがあり、朝食はそこでいただきました。雰囲気もよく一人でも館内だけで時間を潰せます。 仕事以外でも、また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

We stayed for 1 night on Saturday where it seemed to be pretty busy at this small hotel. The parking was limited but we were lucky to park at the hotel. The hotel’s location was great, closed to train station and shopping arcade. 5 of us could fit in one big spacious room with 3 big beds and 1 extra bed comfortably. The room was a bit old but the beds were comfy. There was a coin laundry in the hotel. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok with little variety of food.

駅近と利便性で時々利用していたのですが、今回の宿泊で、気持ちの整理がつかないほど激怒する非常につらい思いをしました。今までに、世界中の何百ものホテルに宿泊しましたが、東横インには二度と泊まりたくないと思っています。安心、安全で泊まるなら、東横インはお勧めできません。全国チェーンのホテルですから、どこも同じと思っています。ホテルには期待せずに、我慢強く、文句を言わない人には、お薦めかも知れません。 こんなことがありました。（写真も参考にして下さい） チェックイン時に２階から高層階へ部屋の変更をお願いしたが、満室と言われた。なのに、入室後、トラブルで直ぐに別の部屋が空いたと言われた。金庫の不具合をフロントに言っても見に来なかった。代わりに、金庫の操作方法をTVで見るように言われた。そのTVも、不具合で正常作動しなかった。このダブルトラブルで、チェックイン時には変更できないと言われたのに、別の部屋が空いたと言われ、開梱した荷物を持ってエレベーターで移動して非常に疲れた。このトラブル続きで長時間を費やした。そのため、楽しみにしていた観光ができなくなり、予約していたレストランへタクシーで行く破目になった。この観光とその終着がレストランという、人生でも最大級のイベントを台無しにされた。翌日、お土産など沢山の荷物を持って、とても疲れてホテルの部屋に戻ったら、ホテルがチェックアウト日を間違えて、カードキーが使えず、部屋に入れなかった。部屋のクロックが、約5分進んでいて、役に立たなかった。枕の三分の一くらいにカーテンが下がっていて、頭や顔にカーテンが当たる。部屋の金庫は固定されていなく、軽いため、持ち運びが容易にできる。フロントは、金庫での補償は全額すると言った。しかし、部屋やフロントにはホテルの約款がないので、何が正しいか確認ができない。８時前の朝食で、パンが無く、補充はしないと言われた。フロントに宅急便を頼んだら、送り状の控えはないと言われ、不安なのでスマホで撮ったら、後で、控えがありましたと渡された。帰宅後着払いの宅急便を受け取ったら、控え伝票に書かれた金額と違い、追加料金に訂正されていた。このようなことを東横INN本社へ伝えたが、不愉快な思いをしただけで終わった。改めてビジネスホテル東横INNの品格のなさを感じた。楽しみにしていた観光のための1時間を返して欲しい。おしまい

　コロナ騒動下の中、久留米に出張。宿泊はいつものこのホテル。西鉄久留米駅から雨が降っても濡れることなくホテルに行けます。 　部屋は８３１。アップグレードしてくれたし、なんだか部屋がリノベーションしてきれいに。風呂周りはイマイチ汚いけど、だいぶ良くなりました。 　久留米で通うスーパー銭湯にも徒歩10分で行けるし、プランもいい。 　最近、新しいホテルが増えているせいか、刺激されて全体的に良くなりましたね。非常口を開けて風を通し、コロナ対策をしていました。自分的には久留米ではここのホテルです。

It is located next to JR station which is a great location for food hunting and sightseeing. The hotel also provides carparking facility that is nearby, good for self drive trip and especially during cold weather, we wanted to get back quickly to the hotel for a rest. The room we booked for 3 people is very spacious and we loved it because we could open all our luggage widely to get our stuff. Although the hotel seems dated, but it is very well maintained and clean. The door is still using the physical key system which is very vintage feel as we have to deposit the key at the front desk whenever we go out. Surprisingly to known the staff remember my surname when I retrieve my key even I told the wrong room number. That showed that the staff put efford at work which is hard to find these days. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with smile. We enjoyed our first Japanese breakfast at the hotel in addition to the complimentary breads, coffee & tea. It is heartwarming to see that the hotel still employed senior staff in the restaurant. Overall, we had a great stay for 3 nights. If I ever come back to Kurume again with my family, I would book this hotel again.

A room is new and clean and the bathroom is so big. The parking lot for hotel guest is not too far from the hotel (not free). There is a curry rice for free at evening for every hotel guest too.
