Near Lawson 3 minites and fishermans wharf 4 minutes walk. 20 minutes walk from Kushiro Train Station. Good view if your room is facing the seaport where fishing boats park specially at night.

The shower was very good and it even had the timer to control how long the water will run.

View of the sea from our room was great. The breakfast spread was good and service of staff in the hotel was pleasant.

Great hotel but very little English spoken by the staff. Location is convenient for fast food and Fisherman’s Wharf and farmers market. A word of advice. Choose a larger room. I was there for several days and appreciated the extra room. I saw some of their standard room and they sure looked a bit small. Kuchiro is a compact city and easy to walk around on foot. This is a nice hotel. Restaurant is good, but breakfast buffet has very small potions to take. They are also very strict on their closing time. They expect you out when the restaurant is set to close. All in all I think the best choice in Kuchiro.

Great hotel and great location. The only hotel to go at Kushiro in my opinion.

The staff is very helpful, the location is great and also the room is very nice with a good view of Kushiro. The room is very clean and there’re plenty of amenities for you.

The single room facing the pier is suitable for a solo traveler. The room facilities are small and simple, but sufficient. The lobby reception is very welcoming. The restaurant is on the top floor, but the breakfast is average value for money. It is very close to Fisherman's Wharf and Nushimai Bridge, a few minutes' walk away. A taxi from Kushiro Station is about 800 yen.

The most praiseworthy thing is the towels. They are new and soft. Unlike other hotels, they put towels on the first day and replace them the next day, which are hard and old. In addition, there is a cake shop in the lobby, which is delicious. The worst thing is the breakfast. We arrived at 8:15 on the first day (end at 9), and many things were gone, but no one added them. As for the supermarkets, they don’t control the inventory so much. On the second day, we had to hurry and arrived at 7:45. Finally, we figured out that everything was only the amount at the beginning, and they would not be replenished after eating them all. Haha. The room size is OK, but the layout is a bit strange. Only a thin person can pass between the wardrobe and the bed. If you are a little fat, you have to turn sideways. I had a hard time putting my 26-inch suitcase on the luggage rack inside. The air circulation is not very good. It would be better if the window could be opened. There is a note in the drawer that says there is only heating in winter and the temperature cannot be adjusted. If it's too hot, you can turn off the air conditioner (I've tried it and almost suffocated me, and the temperature was still high because the rooms above, below, and around me had heaters) or ask the hotel for an air cooler (but where to put it?). I guess there are too many guests complaining.

The room is in very good sanitary condition and very convenient to live in. The service provided by the waiter is very good, making people feel at home. The hotel environment is good and it is definitely worth staying in.

The hotel with the most beautiful window view in Hokkaido. The room is not big, but it is very clean and the service is very good. Although the front desk guy's English is not very good, he works very hard. It would be smoother to communicate directly with Japanese translation software

I also paid to upgrade to a sea view room (the front desk guy's English was so poor that he said the 14th floor was the 24th floor). I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, but I had one nauseating thing during breakfast. I was about to eat some salad, but there was a long hair in it 🤮 ... It's about 15 minutes away from the JR station. It's nice on the pier. If you have a sea view room, the sunset is nice when the weather is good.
