Ulasan Super Hotel Kushiro-Ekimae

Breakfast options are a bit limited, though some items change daily, and the warmed bread tasted good. Upon check-in, complimentary drinks and alcoholic beverages are offered. I wasn't too happy with the hot spring changing area; there weren't any traditional key-lock lockers. The smaller lockers for valuables use complex combination locks, and the space is cramped, making it feel unsafe to set a password for valuables on the spot.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's a two-minute walk straight ahead after turning left from the JR station. There's a bus stop and a sightseeing bus pick-up point right outside the entrance. It's also just over a ten-minute walk to Nusamai Bridge. The hotel breakfast is delicious, and there are complimentary alcoholic beverages and soft drinks on the first floor in the evenings. They also offer free hot springs. The only downside is the questionable cleanliness, which needs improvement.

The hotel's location is right next to Kushiro JR Station. I chose it as an overnight stop so I could catch the Akan Lake bus the next day. The ticket exchange counter for paper tickets is right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk to the Robatayaki street and Nusamai Bridge. Kushiro itself isn't a very big city. The hotel facilities are pretty standard, and the room was really small. It's fine for one night if you're just passing through, but I wouldn't recommend it for stays longer than two nights.

This hotel is very new, local next to the bus terminal and actually part of the hotel is used for the bus office / terminal. They provide free drinks (including alcohol) from 3pm to 9pm in the restaurant, enjoy when it is available. The breakfast has a limited choice, but it is a buffet. The public bath is shared between men and women with time slots. Around 300 yen for washing but drying is free. The room was rather small but they put a huge double decker bed with a king size bed in the bottom, it was a comfortable sleep but not much room to move in the room. Key is using a number lock system which is quite interesting. A super huge TV in the room mounted to the wall. My room is facing east and I able to see sunrise in the morning. Note that there are quite a few pot holes from the train station to the hotel. During that day, when I move my luggage to the hotel, the wheels get stuck into a new filled pot hole and travellers need to be aware.

Great location. Room size is on the small site. Natural spring Onsen and free drink in the evening was a plus.

Very cleanly managed facilities, good value breakfast, very close to Kushiro Station, friendly and attentive staff, everything was excellent. In particular, the drink corner is open until 11 p.m. and offers a variety of drinks, making it one of the most satisfying experiences I've ever had at a hotel. Also, the coin laundry with free detergent and dryer was impressive. However, the large bath is very small and is operated alternately by men and women, which is a shame.

We chose this hotel for a one-day tour. The bus service center is downstairs, so it was very convenient to exchange tickets the next morning. When we checked in, we asked the front desk that we would check out the next day and need to store our luggage and pick it up on the third day. The front desk staff clearly said that we could, but when we checked out the next morning, a new front desk staff member said that we would not store our luggage if we did not stay at the hotel on the third day. I don't know whose fault it was. We left our eye drops in the refrigerator in the room. When we returned to Kushiro on the third day, we went to the front desk to explain, but she only said that the cleaner had not handed in any items. We wanted her to go to the room to check, but she refused.

The Akan bus stop is downstairs. There are welcome drinks and various wines upon arrival. The breakfast is also quite rich. It is worth the money.

I booked this Super Hotel next to Kushiro Station through Trip.com. It is highly recommended. There is a Welcome Bar on the first floor where you can drink until 9 o'clock. The seats face the railway tracks and you can see the trains entering and leaving Kushiro Station. In addition, there are hot springs where you can relax and eliminate the fatigue of the whole day.

The hotel is in a good location and cheap, but the room is a bit small and it is a random room. The hot spring is not big either. There is a free parking lot outside and it is 5 minutes to the Heshang Market.

Near Kushiro Station, bus terminal downstairs

Next to the train station, above the bus station, 300 meters away from the supermarket, very convenient. Free coffee, drinks, and good breakfast. Buy seafood at the supermarket in the evening, heat it up in the restaurant downstairs, and have a free drink. The taste is not much worse than the Heshang market, economical and affordable. Natural hot springs, soaking in it can cure all diseases, but it is a little small. The service staff is very friendly. Two people stay in, and they give a double bed for one large and one small. As long as you make the bed yourself, you can use it at will.

The room is very small. I have never seen such a small bathroom. It is very uncomfortable. I am a girl and I can't turn around. Big people need to think about it. The hot spring is very ordinary. It can only accommodate 3 people, and men and women take turns to use it, which is inconvenient.
